Quite comprehensive and instrumental book for driving company's transformation journey. The information is useful for a company leader whose company is at an inflection point and struggling with financial, operational and strategic issues. The book provides an easy-to-understand roadmap for implementing a new management paradigm. The new management paradigm changes the way a company conducts its business, operates internally, deals with strategic execution. One of the key actions is to unite employees in vision , mission and purpose, help them to better understand functional as well as individual roles and responsibilities. Also, it is important to delegate properly to connect professionals and with relevant instructions. There are examples of documents and good instructions.

In this book, the author discusses his plan for companies to accelerate their growth called The Management System.

It definitely is a bit of an advertisement for the system, which is fine. But I just didn't get a ton of substance from this one. Definitely geared towards CEOs, and hard to pull things that could be useful for others to implement.

The book is overall good, I just wish that the examples were clearer. I guess this is the con of getting a book in kindle version. This statement is the core of the book: What distinguishes companies that succeed is their ability to see when things are going wrong and do something about it.
