Though there are a lot of hidden gems in here, especially in Okinawa. The texts were needlessly complex and poetic. After finishing a page, I had no clue what I had just read.
A lot of times the photos also seem to focus more on being artistic than actually showing what the buildings look like. Making you guess if the building is really that impressive or the writer just wanted to show you a cool photo. Worst example is page 232 where it has the classic stairwell-looking-down photo every teenager has made.
