Story: GREAT

Another great story telling by the author. I think this book has taken things to another level with the author's writing and the story she is conveying. This is book 4 in the (Sin City Heat) series and with each book it gets better and better. I like that this story has a mob with bad boy feel to it. Angelo is sexy as hell with his charisma and take what he wants attitude. Angelo aka Angel is Dom's older brother and he had to grow up rather quickly to get where he is. And now as powerful as he is, it comes with a lot of enemies and constantly having to watch his back. Nicole knew Angel growing up and always had a thing for him, but she doesn't know the ruthless person everyone else saw him as. I love the bad boy sees good girl, wants good girl and then takes what he wants. This leads to an explosive chemistry between Nicole and Angel that gives you chills, excitement and eagerness to see where it takes their relationship as it plays out.
I like that this book was a little different from the previous books in the series.Other than the bad boy feel to it, the author took us through the different stages of Angels and Nicole's relationship with meeting, reconnecting, marriage, baby and what takes place after, which isn't smooth sailing for the couple. As with all the other books, more secrets are explained and reviled, along with reoccurring characters along with new characters. This book wouldn't be the same without getting more of Marcus, Darrell, Dom and the love of their lives. There is always drama when they get together, but it's always good to see them.
Again to the author, well done and keep up the good work and there is never a dull moment while reading this series. Can't wait to read more.

Another outstanding read from SK. Angel was really on another level. He was by far an extremely ruthless man, but he also had a very loving sensitive side reserved for his wife only. The first chapter of the book had me saying wow Angel is some kind of SOB, but by the last chapter I couldn't help but to love him. This book felt like it was a few stories in one since it took place over a small bit of time, but it really flowed easily which made it a fantastic read. The first part of the story dealing with Jax and the whole corporate takeover, I just thought wow this part is so good that the story could end right here, but it just kept going and got even better. Nikki and Angel had a great relationship, and I definitely didn't expect for it to go the way it did between them so quickly but it did. Angel really surprised me. Their sex scenes were off the chart. The details were so vivid that you thought that you were there with them each time.
It was nice catching up with the gang. Marcus and Aleesha, their story is still unfolding. I can't wait to read the big secret with these two. Darrel and Jerra, wow those two are still explosive as ever. Darrel really showed once again that he is a man not to be messed with. Angel's chapter seems far from over, but we were given a complete story that was truly satisfying. Can't wait for this saga to continue.

This book is so good , I have been waiting for Angels story and I was not disappointed Angel is what you would call a sexy bad ass, because he takes no prisoners . When he set his sights on Nikki he did not stop until he got what he wanted , and as sexy as Angel is she wanted it too. The way the love scenes were written in this book , is hot! It felt like you could actually see and feel what was going on . This is the fifth book in this series and I am proud to say that every books get better and leaves you waiting for what is to come. This Author has been publishing books only 3 years, I just shake my head at the sophistication and intelligence in the way she writes. With all the self published authors seems everyone is writing books but few are great this author one of the few in in the latter she is great! Angels Wrath ends on a good note but leaves you open for what is yet to come. When I got to last page I was happy and disappointed at the same time , I was happy with the ending but mad that the book had to end.

While at a business meeting he runs into Nicole Randolph a girl from his old neighborhood. The attraction is felt, met and answered by both parties.
Nicole finds herself falling for a man she has always had a crush on. She knows what Angel's lifestyle entails and her love allows her to live with the dangerous faults that plague him. But is their love strong enough to face the storm that is brewing?
Thoughts
This book was written very well. The author did not hesitate to hit you over the head with her twist and turns. The series just gets better and better. We had a small peek at our other fave couples in the series and we met some new ones. I am very interested in getting to know what went down with Dom and Melania's sister. New Characters i enjoyed Melania she seems like she will make a nice sexy villan. Then there is the Pattel's can't wait to get to know this New York based mob family. Especially Hawk Pattel. YUM! Will his and Ravens story be next?? I hope so. More Hawk pleeeease:)
Angel-is a total BADASS!!! He did not for one second put up with any Bullshit from anybody. He is also sexy as all hell with those green eyes...*sigh* When Angel and Nicole are together expect HEAT. No expect FIREWORKS whether it be from rage or passion these two had undeniable chemistry that explodes off the pages.
Nicole-was sexy and not afraid to put Angel in his place. She was also not afraid to walk away from the man she loves if need be. Her passion, her will and her mind matched Angels the two meshed very well together.

Think this time SK might have outdone herself. I love all her books, especially the Sin City Series. I stayed up last night waiting for my copy. I finally got it around 3am and my goodness was it ever worth the wait. All I have to say is Angel, Angel, Angel.....dang there is none like him!! He had a cool deadliness about him that I find extremely sexy. Angel's Wrath takes you on a mad ride from beginning to end. In the beginning with the takeover of DWC, I have to say I didn't really see that coming to the end with Melania. Just when you think its going to be smooth sailing for Angel and Nikki...BAM!! drama pops up again. Oh and there's so much conspiring against them. At one point Nikki started working my nerves just a little bit, however she proved herself to be a real ride or die chick, to the point she even shocked Angel.
The rest of the gang is back, which was exciting, however Darrell shows his natural behind. Marcus and Aleesia have troubled waters that I can't wait to be revealed and Dom got a shock that I dying to find out about. This is the first time in a long time, that I sat down to read a book and refused to move until I got to the end. If you thought the other books in the Sin City series were good, well fasten your seat belts. Angel's Wrath is about to take you on a journey of amazing proportions. I salute SK, you did and AWESOME JOB, however I never doubted it for a minute (LOL)

Angel was the man from the begining to the end, Nikki was the right woman for the job too.(Sorry Shemah) lol She gave as good as she got. She never lie to him or he her. The fourth installment to the Sin City Heat series started off with great and ended with a Bang! We were introduced to Angel LaCroix in Twisted Obsessions and found out he was the estranged brother of Dommnick. We knew Sk would not disappoint when writing Angel's story. A drug lord that takes no prisoners and will resort to killing if his family is threatened. This is your typical Alpha male who feels he can run and rule anyone, with the exception of Nicole Randolph. Their's is a love story that has its share of trials and bumps, they must work together to get past. Dealing with family issues as well as Angel's current occupation. Will love conquer all? Readers will want to pick this book up and will have a hard time putting it down. We also catch up with the Sin City Crew, Darrel, Dom & Marcus, where Sk drops some bombs that we will have to wait until the next installment to find out. Don't sleep on this series.

I’m seeing a pattern I don’t like—that I fall completely and hopelessly in love with bad boy heroes. And boy, is Angel bad.
Bad, as in dangerous, illegal activities, and run, girl, run.
Bad, as in hot, sexy, and oh, so alpha. Yes, SK did a good job with this story, and I’m now officially a fan of her work.
I found out about this author through 3RW, a Facebook book club. Readers were gushing about her books, so I had to see what all the fuss was about. Now I know.
Hot sex scenes, well-paced conflict, and heroes and heroines you root for. What else do you need? I wish I could give this book more than five stars.

Angel is gangsta and he don't take no s**t from no one, Nikki stood her ground when it came to him, love is powerful... On to the next book in the series I can't wait to see what happens. I LOVED THIS BOOK!!! If you love a true Alpha male then Angel is the man for you. Angel is a gangter in The Godfather sense (think Michael Corleone). Angel is a reformed womanizer, who loves his wife and child, he makes not compromises on who he is. To love him is to accept him as he is.
Nicole Randolph knew Angel when he was out hustling in the streets, now that he is established in legitimate business, she knows that he is still in the streets, but can her love for Angel be stronger than her disdain for how he makes money? Nicole has always loved Angel, but as with so many women she lets others "hate" influence her relationship. You have to read the book to see if she let other influence her or not.
I highly recommend this book if you love an Alpha bad-boy who is not ashamed to be who he is. He's bad ass and does not apologize for being that way. I loved him and I loved Nichole...eventually.

Wow! New series for me which I jumped into the middle. Just finished this read and it was a wonderful read. This is a containing saga of family involved in crime and finding the women they love. Definitely a strong alpha male and some hot loving in this story. Story also include references to other characters in series.
ANGELO is all man baby and smart too. Loved his relationship with Nikki who has a moment of weakness which I don't understand. Strong female that keeps it interesting.
Cons: book flowed really well until all the gathered at a wedding and the writing style changed with how the character had been previously in the book. Perhaps this is more consistent in the other books and since I jumped into the middle of the series it seemed like bit clique

***THIS BOOK WAS SOOOO DAMN GOOD!!!**** This is Angel and Nikki's story. First of all Angel is one highly intelligent, ruthless, relentless ,sensual, handsome and unforgiving man. And Nikki is also complex herself. Of course she would have to be to be able to Capture and hold his attention. This story has so many twists and turns just when you think you got it changes again. And that right there makes it a page turner. All I can tell the reader is going to be a bumpy ride so hold on tight!. So far part 4 is the best installment yet. The Author SK HARDY Is Brilliant at weaving the storyline between the other characters and the main characters and their storylines. It's highly recommended that you read books 1-3 first. I recommend this book and I give it 5 stars.

SK is one of my favorite authors for street lit/ Erotica. The entire Sin City Series is so captivating and erotic that you will blaze through the pages and absolutely hate when the last page comes to be.
Angel's Wrath did not disappoint. I was so excited to read about Angel's story because Angel's character had a brief debut in Twisted Obsessions. The eyes on this man said it all!!!!
Take it from me, the entire series is worth reading.

I really enjoyed reading about Angel and Nikki... I never expected the twist and turns this story had... SK never cease to amaze me... Now I can't figure out who my favorite characters are.. She makes it very difficult the further along I read...I can't wait til the next Sin City series come out next month!

Where it all started!
Having read the Pattels series prior to diving into the Sin City characters, it was interesting and very enlightening being able to read some of the actual scenes that were referenced in past tense. While not all related by blood, this tight knit group is just as devoted to each other's well being and safety. Angel and Nikki's story is just as compelling. And with chemistry that lept off the page, I couldn't help but be drawn in! Looking forward to getting answers to the questions that remain. And now that the Pattels have been introduced, I'm sure it's about to get even more chaotic and entertaining!

A Roller Coaster of Emotions!
I had high hopes for tis book. I recently read this authors current book, and purchased this book to familiarize myself with Angel and Nikki's back story. The book was good and had alot of potential. I simply had a hard time connecting with Nikki or Angel. Aside from their sexual connection, I couldn't fathom Nikki's attraction to Angel.
I had high hopes for tis book. I recently read this authors current book, and purchased this book to familiarize myself with Angel and Nikki's back story. The book was good and had alot of potential. Angel or Demon
Angel is the Alpha you don't want to cross. He's dominate in and outside the bedroom. Although he can be demanding, I love the way he loves and takes care of his family. Sometimes I wished Nicole would have pushed him a little more. Raven worked my last nerve. She has no idea the trouble she's about to get in with Hawk.

My favorite book in the series!!!

Really loved the characters and story..It was well written and although I hadn't read all the books in the series it was easy to catch up and understand.

Angelo "Angel" LaCroix is a force that nobody should try and reckon with, Do not let his Angelic face being synonymous to his moniker Angel fool you. He will get rid of you where you stand, he is a billionaire businessman and a Mob Boss, he loves his family but he is about to take a tumble into love himself which he thought would never happen for him.

Angel has no tolerance for lies and disloyalty and if you choose to engage in either with a man like Angel, then your life literally becomes forfeit.
Nicole "Nikki" Randolph was one of the top executives at DWC the business that was going under fast, with no money. Angel's company Nada holdings was coming in to save it from going under and also to have another legitimate business under his belt. Angel was stepping closer and closer to leaving the underbelly alone. As Angel and his right hand business man Matt walked into the conference room to get the ball rolling, he sees a blast from his past sitting in on the meeting. Nikki whose brother was best friends's with Angel when they were younger, Nikki has always loved Angel but now here it is in the present day and many years later, they are face to face. Angel wants Nikki, and so help her she wants him too but at what cost because Angel doesn't do relationships, he has a harem of women at his disposal, so for him Nikki will be in his bed and become the lead mistress in front of his other women.
Angel is blindsided by Nikki, he falls hard for her so much so, that nothing else matters but her, and he wants Nikki permanently. But what will this mean for him? Angel is still on track for exacting revenge, he has a score to settle and nothing and no one will deter him from that. He has already put plans into motion, he will not share that part of himself with Nikki, he wants her to stay out of it but falling in love finds Angel confiding in her and she in him, they form a powerful alliance. As the stage is set to exact his revenge and bring down his enemies, Nikki is there with him and his brother Dominick it is a beautiful concerto that takes place orchestrated to perfection.
As Angel and Nikki become permanent other things begin to swirl around them, insecurities creep up, fear creeps in and with anything being in love with a powerful alpha man such as Angel will bring its share of drama and problems. The one thing I love about Angel is his preference to always be upfront, now you may not like his bluntness or realness but make no mistake about it, he keeps it real. Angel and Nikki get married and then face some major obstacles in their marriage, one thing Nikki will learn is not to ever threaten to leave Angel or take their precious son, it doesn't nor will it ever work. Angel is who he is and makes no apologies about.
It was great catching up to the rest of the Sin City Gang but boy oh boy, there is serious trouble in paradise for these couples. Dominick had someone threaten his life and a secret was revealed to Angel, the foolishness on the other person's part is underestimating the reach of Angel, not realizing until it is too late what threatening his family will not only do the person but everybody that they hold near and dear to them.
This was definitely a riveting story that had me engrossed from the first page. I was excited to read Angel's because he was definitely an enigma and intriguing, so you knew once his story came life it was going to be explosive and Author SK did not disappoint.

I'm rereading the Sin City Series in irder. Even though I've reread Angel's Wrath several times in reading them in order. I just say that I don't love Angel as much as I did when I first read Angel's Wrath, or the second or third time. I still think it's one of the best in the series and erotic sex adds more to this book than the overly, graphic, descriptive, eritic, almost pornography, in the other books.
After reading and reviewing The Pattels: Hawk and Raven, I decided to re-read Angel's Wrath. I first read S K Sin City Series in 2011. I didn't review books then. I really loved all of the Sin City Series' books. Angel was always my favorite. I've read all of the books in this series at least twice, some more than twice. I've read Angel's Wrath several times. After reading Hawk and Raven story, I needed to be reminded of how they met which was in Angel's Wrath.
Angel and Nikki were well developed characters. Angel was a true Alpha as were the other men in the Sin City Series. Angel was a Mafia Kingpin and had business with the company Nikki worked for. They were raised in the same neighborhood. When they saw each other after 15 years, they were instantly attracted to each other. How would straight-laced Nikki fit with Alpha Bad boy Angel? Nikki's parents blamed Angel for the death of their son, Jacoby, Nikki's brother. Can they get past that and accept Angel and Nikki marrying and having a child? Finding that out as well as meeting the couples from the other Sin Series Books was fascinating, even after several reads. After meeting them again, I'll re-read the other books soon.
The interaction of Angel and Nikki and her sister was fascinating. Raven is an ADA in New York where she has it in for the Pattels who are associated of Angel. Raven hates Angel as much as she does the Pattels. It was interesting to see Raven meet Hawk for the first time and feel the attraction between them. You knew they would get together sometime in the future.
Did Angel use Raven's attraction for Hawk to get the goods on her? It takes two other books before discovering what finally happens in this their book. How will Nikki react when she discovers Angel's part in their relationship or does she find out? There's so many things going on in this book, no review could cover it all without Spoilers. Why does Angel want the DWC business so badly and what does the owner and his son have to do with Angel? Why does Dominick help him? How do Dominick and his friends develop a relationship with Angel? They're hard-working, successful businessmen who are pretty well off. Their lifestyles don't compare to Angel who is a billionaire. He has legitimate businesses as well as mafia related ones. Will be get out of the Mafia for Nikki and his son?
Even though the Sin Series are stand alone books, it's helpful to read then in order to understand all of the nuances in Angel's Wrath which is the fourth book in the series. The sex is extremely erotic but it adds to the storyline and helps to understand the attraction between Angel and Nikki and to understand why they are forever lovers. There were too many grammatical errors for me to rate it a 5 star. It is worth the number of times I've read the book.

In the fourth installment of this series, readers get an up close and personal look at the wrath of Angel. And oh what such a contradiction to be called an Angel when his sins are those of a demon, a rather sensually handsome one at that. Angelo LaCroix has been plotting his vengeance for some time and has vowed to payback all those who have wronged him in the past, but can he stop someone from taking his heart? Nicole is everything he wants in a woman but can he be everything she needs in a man? The Sin City heats up when many secrets come out the woodwork and unsavory circumstances touch Angelo and his family in a way he never expected.
Ohhhh ok, now that's what you call a bad boy! Not your typical characters; very well developed with backgrounds that add to their intricacies. Very likeable and plausible plot that was filled with so much drama and suspense. When you think the book is ending, here comes another secret to add demension and move the series along.

My first read by this author and I was blown away. This books was seriously hot and an excellent read that had me glued to the pages. I was disappointed we did not get some sort of an epilogue to Nikki and Angel's ending and I cannot wait to read what this big secret of Dom's is although I can guess.
I love that SK was not afraid to write the violent scenes in this book, this is a mafia romance book after all therefore we should get to read about the ugliness of their life. If people are offended read something else, but it was well written and not in your face type of violence.
I liked that Nikki was a stand by her man kind of woman and not a push over. I absolutely hate Raven- she was one of those women who should have been a man.

Oh my daaayysssss!!!! This book was absolutely fabulous! I read it in less than a day! I nearly missed church service cos of this book that is how GOOD the book is! Wow! The story was soooooo gooooood!!! Angel is definitely one HOT ALPHA male and Nicole really balanced him! Phew! Wow what a story! SK is now my new author! I am defo reading ALL her books! I cannot believe I only just discovered her. SK i am now a diehard fan and you have left me wanting more again and again.... phew! Girlies honestl, you MUST GET THIS BOOK!!!
