After issue number 3 I have decided to left the series. I change my mind and decide to give it one last try since it was the last issue of the series anyway. I shouldn't have! Easy ending with not much going on. Not a series worth reading.
Other than the fact we finally got to check in on Courier, the shapeshifting transwoman, for the first time in decades? This was an entirely skippable miniseries.
Having Classic Cable and Teen Cable both alive and operating as partners is stupid. If you're going to travel around with a time displaced version of yourself, why stop at two? Why don't they throw in some child versions of themselves, so they can try to create a version who was allowed to play? Why don't they collect several hundred versions of Classic Cable, so they have an army?
The characters acknowledge that the villain of this issue ended anticlimactically. This whole miniseries was just a waste of time.
A fantastic conclusion to a great storyline. This issue of Cable was more than what I expected. As usual the artwork was superb. Looking forward to reading more adventures of Cable and the X-Men.
