Action Packed …..because “there’s a spell for that”

Another run in with Alex’s family that has dire consequences for Sofia.

I love this series, I think Nikolai is easily the best character but then maybe “there’s a spell for that”.
I think a lot of it has to do with how he interacts with 21st century people and things that and the comedic timing. A reasonable chunk of the book was frustrating because the actions the characters took seem unnecessary to me, theres no way I’d have done the same things that the characters do in the same circumstances. Vague I know but I’m aiming to write this without spoilers. That said I’m not an author so what do I know.

Strongly recommend this author and this series for fans of urban fantasy R/H.

The Andersen’s need to go down the are pure evil. I can’t wait to read book three. Everyone but the Andersen’s need a happy ending.

Another 3 star read, dropped to 2 for me a couple of times through the book but overall it was a decent book.
