I absolutely love they made a children's version. I go through the Bible recap every year. I do a much deeper study each morning but my 4 homeschool children do much better t ter with a book made for their level. There is nothing more important than bible study with your family. This book makes it easy for kids to understand. It includes a seven day round up that zooms out, words to remember, and application. Each day includes a zoom in, summary and God shot thats worded perfectly for kids. Each of our kids also have the Bible Recap kids devotional. I cant recommend this book and the devotion enough!!! We all need to read the Bible, study the Bible, pray through the Bible ourselves instead of letting preachers tell is what the Bible says. We need this generation of kids to grow up with the wisdom the Bible provides.

We MOSTLY finished this book. There were days when we watched Tara-Leigh's YouTube videos instead, and there were other days when we were so far behind that we just focused on the Bible readings without getting to the Recaps. But I'm still going to count it since it was quite an undertaking (and since I can't remember which ones we didn't read in the actual book). We would take turns reading the Recap after the Bible reading. It was my husband, me, and our three oldest sons (14, 11, 7). Our 7yo often read the "Zoom in" verse at the top. The boys kind of joked about the tagline "He's where the joy is!" but I don't think they'll forget it! I had previously done the hard copy of the Recap, and this was a shorter, more condense but still excellent version for kids/preteens.
