Rate this book
Rancher’s Snowed-In ReunionBull rider Flint Carson has only ever opened his heart to one person...and she turned his heartbreak into a hit song! As if that wasn’t torture enough, now country music star Tansey Sands is at his hotel — and when a blizzard hits, they’re stranded — together. What starts as a confrontation may just end up a reunion hot enough to melt the snow! But will this time together mean repeating old mistakes, or will they take a chance on a new love song?Part Time CowboySadie Miller isn’t expecting any welcome-home parades on her return to Copper Ridge. Least of all from part-time rancher, full-time lawman Eli Garrett. The straight-laced, impossibly hot deputy sheriff glares at her like she’s the same teenage hoodlum who fled town ten years ago. But running from her demons has brought Sadie full circle, ready to make a commitment at last. Not to a man, but to a bed-and-breakfast. On Garrett land. Okay, so her plan has a tiny flaw...Eli works too hard to let a blonde ball of trouble mess up his town. But keeping an eye on Sadie makes it tough to keep his hands off her. And if she’s so wrong for him, why does being with her feel so right?

It’s an ok romance, a bit too much like a Taylor Swift song just set with cowboys, rodeos and country singers (yes I know that’s where she started too). I am
Not saying that Taylor inspired storylines are wrong it’s just this felt a bit too twee. It’s fine but there’s not much to it and a lot of because’s used in nearly every sentence. It’s fine.

Flint and Tansey be and friends on the bull riding circuit! He was a womanizer and she didn't want anything to do with him. They hung out and she kept telling him no. Once they went for it Flint ruined everything. So Tansey went off and became a big star. She wrote a song about them!

Tansey is now stranded with Flint! Will they scream at each other or work things out?

Another great book in this series!

Flint Carson thought he was totally broken and beyond redemption where relationships were concerned. Then he met Tancey and he did not know what to do about his overwhelming feelings for her. It took a disastrous break up for him to realise that it was love he felt for her. Luckily they were able to make up and find their happily ever after.

I read this as part of a 3 books in 1 Cowboy Christmas collection. This story focuses on Flint and Tansey. The story flicks between the past and the present. With a previous fling hanging over them and being stuck together in a snow storm both characters have a lot of issues and feelings to work out. A brilliant read. Happy ending for all characters. 4 stars.

Giving this book at 4/5 star rating as this was my first Maisey Yates book and the two books in 1 was not made overly clear when I was reading its synopsis. But I will say both books were great! Looking forward to reading more Maisey Yates books, but hoping they don’t all follow the same format.
