Literally the worst book I’ve ever read. Had to read it for yoga teacher training and it is terrible. I’ll never get those hours back and the trees that died to make the pages were sacrificed in vain.

My takeaways are that this dude is full of crap. The general vibe of the book is just wandering around with no plot, no timeline, nothing.

simply a record of his journey

I deeply appreciated this book. His observations without judgment or condemnation
And his insightful wisdom he offered anecdotally.
Thank you
