Hawke and Stryker, book #2
If you love action packed thrillers you never go wrong with Ty Patterson books. “Ax Force” doesn’t miss any. From the beginning till you reach the final word you will be deep into deadly force. It never ends just like the energizer bunny it goes on and on.
What to expect in a few works:
Samira, a Saudi princess, is on the run. She knows she didn’t have long in Europe. Her father’s guards will track her down eventually, once captured who knows what will happen to her. She needed to reach Ax Hawke and Kael Stryker P.I. referred to her...she made the call.....and the fun began....
My thoughts:
If you read Ty Patterson before you will know his characters have exceptional abilities. They are relentless and go into battle without blinking an eye to save those tasked to protect. They seemed to take battles as a hobby and the bad guys do not intimidate them. Oh yes they jump from buildings, dodge bullets, tackle knifes, bodies and always come out without a scratch or near any, they also love disguises. They manage to wriggle through anything and along the way I couldn’t help shaking my head, totally unbelievable. The twins Megan & Beth from Zeb’s team as always showed up to assist the P.I. and eventually all ends well....
I am a fan of Ty Patterson and his merry men but this one was a bit too much for my taste I really got bored with the never ending action till ¾ in where the story was more subdued and Samira’s life and family came into play then I was interested in pursuing with the thriller to see how things would turn out.
Ty style is consistent and his formula doesn’t change, all his series are action packed that is what he does best.
This latest may not be one of my favourite but I still say Ty knows how to pen a story that would please a lot of thrill seekers.

Ax Force by Ty Patterson is a great sequel in the Hawke and Stryker Thrillers
Private Investigators, Kael Stryker and Axton "Ax" Hawke are in Milan, Italy, where they are to meet twenty-six year old Princess Samira, step-daughter of Saudi Prince Omar Rashid. She has been vacationing in Milan after finishing her PhD from Oxford.
But things are not going to be easy for these two PIs. Unfortunately Hashim Rahimi and his Saudi henchmen suddenly showed up with the meeting of Samira with the PIs. It was not friendly because
Rahimi is a dangerous fixer working for Samira's step-father.
The problem is Samira wants to stay in Milan as free woman but Rahimi has orders to bring her home. The remainder of this book is complete with Kael and Ax protecting the Princess while fighting Rahimi his henchmen, and local thugs Rahimi hired to help catch the princess and get her home. However, this may not be a fair fight because Kael and Ax have friends from the Agency: Beth and Meghan Peterson who introduced Samira to the two PIs.
This is one non-stop action thriller from Ty Patterson that is full of adventure and fierce gun fights. But heads up: you'll find yourself with great difficulty in stopping reading for any reason. It's that good!

I loved Ty Patterson’s book number two with Ax Hawke and Kael Stryker, Private Investigators, who are certainly well-talented to rescue people. In the book, “AX Force”, Beth and Meghan Peterson, from Zeb Carter’s Agency, recommended Samira, a Saudi princess, to employ the men to protect her from their stepfather who wanted Samira brought home to marry a man she doesn’t want. Samira has a very close female friend, Sophia, and she wants to be free to associate with her. She is in Milan, and Samira’s stepfather sends Hashim Rahimi and his Saudi henchmen to retrieve her. Rahimi also employs a local gang to discover the princess. Sophia’s father is a government official who can grant her asylum in Italy when he returns from vacation in two weeks. Ax and Kael must protect her for those two weeks.
As usual in Ty Patterson’s books, the action is unrelenting, the heroes are forceful, relentless, dedicated and faithful, and confront lots of dangerous situations. And Zeb Carter’s gang, once again, are helpful to their friends.
Ty Patterson’s books are an incredible series, and it would be a good idea for newcomers to purchase these books as they are now discounted.

Ax Force by Ty Patterson due 9/27/24 5 stars
Every time I start a Ty book it is the best one yet. This was amazing. When you read his books you are right in the middle of the many battles the guys find themselves in. As many battles, there are also hobbies you'll never connect with these rough tough protectors.
This time the twins (Megan & Beth from Zeb's team) send a royal to them to protect her as she tries to escape her royal cage and a forced marriage. With the help they always provide the guys wouldn't consider ignoring the request.
Nonstop battles, disguises, surprise friends and so much more. I would recommend any Ty Patterson book to avid readers they are filled with excitement. I have to say the subtle hints at the end of the book have me anxious for more.

Ax Hawke and Kael Stryker's latest job takes them to Milan, Italy to protect a Saudi Arabian princess while she requests asylum. It doesn't take long before the first attack to try and take Samira and Ax and Stryker have their hands full trying to keep her safe. But it seems like no matter where they move to, the men that are trying to get her show up. It will take all they have to keep her safe. Thankfully they have some friends willing to help them even without their asking. There is plenty of action and different twists as the story progresses. Once you start reading, it will be hard to put it down.

Hawke and Stryker go to Milan to protect Samira, a Saudi princess that knows Beth and Megan, dear friends of the PI's. Samira's stepfather, a Saudi prince, has sent men to Milan to bring her back to an arranged marriage. The prince is demanding nothing stops from getting her to return. Samira is adamant that she is not going back. Not only is the prince's man and his thugs after the princess so is the father of the intended groom. After several encounters with the hostiles in many different places in the city, it looks like the thugs will win, when the PI's receive much needed help from their friends from New York.

This book has everything you need in a good thriller. Milan as a location, international intrigue, a royal princess who needs protection, 2 extreme private investigators in Ax and Kael, riveting action at every turn, and a why you will not see coming. I continue to enjoy the interactions between Ax and Kael. Their sense of humor, loyalty, and the interesting friends they have. Once you start reading you will be swept up in this story, running on Milan's streets with Ax, Kael, and their protectee. I'll also say I love the cover of this book.

A Saudi princess hires Ax and Kael to keep her protected and safe for two weeks until she can ask for asylum. Her step father doesn’t want her to leave and ruin the family reputation so he sends his best men to track her down and bring her back. Each time they think they are in a safe place they soon find out they are not. An extremely well written storyline, clever cast of characters and non stop action, intrigue and mystery you will NOT be able to put this book down until you get to the end !

Striker and Hawke are protecting a princess. Her stepfather wants to marry her off to someone she really doesn’t even know. She has already chosen who she wants to be with. Can they keep her safe long enough for her to get sanctuary in Italy? Another great read! I really enjoyed reading about Hawke and Stryker they are awesome! Fantastic book!

Ax and Karl are in Italy with the task to protect a Saudi princess. Pretty soon the action starts and they find them in a crossfire with everyone trying to control the princess. Plenty of action with a well developed storyline will keep you turning the pages to read the conclusion. A great follow up to the first story in the series.

This new series is familiar yet new. The new characters are well defined and the novel is made for action. It provide entertainment at a fast pace. I love Feel and hope to see here again

Great plot as usual. Love the action in Mr. Pattersons novels, character are believable and interesting. Would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a great read.

It is quite interesting the way the Arabian nobility runs the family and country. Yes, men are in charge and the devil takes you if you detract from them.
Which is why princess Samira fled her stepfather to Italy and be near her heart's desire, Sophia.
Being a princess, Samira knew her father would do all in his power to get her back in Saudi Arabia and therefore sought the help of Ax and Karl to help her.
If only she new what hazards would lay ahead.
Author Ty Patterson is well known for his action thrillers and the exceptional abilities of his main characters. And with Karl and the crocheting Ax he really had my heart do some interesting, though not always pleasant , things in my chest whilst reading Ax Force.
Ax Force is now my number 1 action thriller of all time. And I have no doubt Milan will never ever be regarded the same by anybody since the release of Ax Force.
Tops indeed.
