Had the potential to be great, but lacked any real depth that could have been achieved citing credible sources and case studies. Instead the book relied on anecdotes that were so grossly laced with prejudice and sexism that they were unreliable. Lack of and formatting made reading more difficult to read than it needed to be. By the end of the book I was left wondering who hurt the author so bad to write this?

Fountain of information

Everyone should read this book. It has a wealth of information and resources for people who are either in a relationship with a manipulator, or in my case , a co parent with a manipulator. Children of narcissists could learn a lot from this book as well. How to manage, how to set boundaries and how to spot someone running a game on you. This book also has advice on how to change your body language and behavior in order not to be targeted as a victim.

There’s no freaking evidence in this book. Stupidest freaking book I ever paid for not even sure how this ended up in my cart. I must’ve been ridiculously high when I put this one in my cart. I actually return this book to Amazon and they wouldn’t take it back, I donated it. 😂
