OMG WHY DID YOU DO ME LIKE THAT?! I hate cliffhangers dude! I finally got to read Eoghan’s story and it ends on a cliffy 😭 I need to know how their story ends. Nyla, I knew she wasn’t as bad as the other books had me thinking she was. They went through so much, I thought they were happy WTH happened?! I really hope they get their HEA in the next book. I love reading books by Zepphora. Z and this series is what got started and hooked on dark romance. I can’t wait to read the rest of the groups stories as well. Mind Your Triggers

OMG! Now, I HAVE to read the rest of the series because I am OBSESSED with the Bastards and need to hear more about the others. Eoghan and Nyla’s relationship is absolutely full of chemistry throughout the book. From the clever banter to their first intimate moment, I just loved them!

Eoghan is so territorial over her, and she tries not to show it but can’t help her emotions from expressing themselves on their own. There was so much going on in the story that it had me flipping through the pages, almost finishing it in one sitting. It was that good! I did get a chance to read Myers beforehand and noticed the little cameo there…

But that cliffhanger! I swear cliffhangers have had me by the throat lately and this one. Oh my. GOD!! need I say more?

I tried to get my review out before release day but it came out earlier than expected! So now you have no excuse not to go and add this to the top of your tbr lists right now!

This book is worth so much more than five stars. Eoghan and Nyla’s story had me hooked just like the rest of the boys’ stories did, but I was so obsessed with Eoghan and Nyla’s story that it made it hard to put the book down! Their chemistry is unreal and the spice? Off the charts! I was losing my mind when they were trying to figure out who was after Nyla and then when she finally gave into Eoghan, it was so good! I really thought that they were going to get their happily ever after ending, but that cliffhanger? I wanted to just die right there! I cannot wait for the next book and I need it like now to know what’s next!

Nyla has been secretly longing for Eoghan, who fights his attraction to Nyla due to harboring a secret of his own. He treats her horribly to distance himself, but when danger insures that backfires because their relationship is inevitable.
This ends in a major cliffhanger with hints at the future! Definitely looking forward to the next book of the series.

Obsessed with this book just like I was for all of the rest of the series! Nyla and Eoghan's story had everything in it. The spice was spicing, the chemistry between the two, action, darkness, everything you could want. It had me hooked from the very beginning and I didn't want to put it down! But that ending?! Ugh! Left us on a cliffhanger and I NEED more!

This is book 7 in the Bastards of Grove Hill world but I read this as a standalone, though after reading Nyla and Eoghan’s story, I have now added the other 6 books to my TBR. This was really well written, the characters and plot had me absorbed from start to finish and the ending left me impatiently waiting for the next book.
It does have dark themes and topics so be sure to check the TW/CW before diving in.

This was so well written! I just love this authors writing! This book had me captivated from beginning to end so well that I'm only a few days put from surgery fighting pain meds to read it all in one day! It had me anticipating the next steps! Definitely can not wait to read the next book in this series!

Totally enjoyed the heck out of this book! I loved Nyla and how she didn't pay a care in the world what people thought of her, as long as she knew who she was and how she was is all that mattered.

Eoghan was a total jerk at the beginning but as the story kept developing I found out why he was the way he was with Nyla. Nyla has been in love with him since her freshman year and it seems like his feelings for her were the same, but Eoghan did something really bad and he didn't think that Nyla would forgive him if he told her the truth about what he was hiding.

He messed around with girls/guys or whatever up until he couldn't hide his feelings for Nyla anymore. But just when things were going great between them, Nyla's life is in jeopardy and she's in danger. Will the Bastards be able to keep Nyla safe?

This whole book was interesting and once I started I couldn't put it down. Loved the story and the characters. I need to go back and read the other books now.

Okay so honest review I almost did not finish this straight off the prologue and thank God I didn't.

I went into this book blind other than the heads up blurb and trigger warnings I had no idea what I was getting into.

That being said, wow! I ate this up like a kid in a candy shop the main character's relationships the banter his possessiveness is just perfecting.

The plot, the spice (Ohhhhh my), the way Zepporah brought this world and the characters alive is absolute perfection.

My only complaint, I'm sure like many others, is the cliffhanger.. it leaves you wanting more! Let's just say I'm obsessed! I will definitely be grabbing the other books in the bastards of Grove Hill series and waiting patiently for the next book.

OMG!! Glad we saw how Eoghan really is. I like how the other characters showed up in this book. Especially prom since it only mentioned before that Finn and Tiernan only showed up. It broke my heart all the stuff Nyla went thru. But glad Eoghan was there to protect her and take care of the bad guys. I was scared at one point that Eoghan and Tiernan died but glad they didn't. Glad Nyla and Eoghan finally got together and was happy. But shocked that she left and had a kid. I wonder what happened for her to leave because it didn't say. But she's back in town and Eoghan caught her. Hopefully he won't do anything stupid especially since they have a son together. Can't wait to read the rest of the series.

Before I read Heartless, I haven’t read any of the previous books in the Bastards of Grove Hill series. This did not keep me from enjoying and loving this book.
Nyla and Eoghan’s story was beautiful. I felt so much for Nyla. The prejudice she received because of unfounded rumors was heartbreaking and I admire her strength.
This does end in a cliffhanger but I’m not mad about it! I’m looking forward to their next book.

This is the first book I read by Zepphora and I have to say I am hooked! Zepphora writes in a way that that you can really imagine yourself in the story! Without giving anything away I did think I knew where a certain part of the book was going but then BOOM! it's a wild ride! It's safe to say I am totally hooked on this series and the way Zepphora writes!

Well hell Nyla and Eoghan heart pounding. They had such chemistry, completely obsessed with these two. The side characters enhanced the story. In the end Nyla does the unthinkable which sets in motion a heck of cliffhanger. Omg the way it ended was mouth gaping.
