For those new to Sky’s world, the Sable Riders are ‘six mysterious men. They’re ghosts, wraiths, glimmers in the dark. 4.5 stars. Only reason because I have read the previous 2 and there was repetition for me that I skimmed.
Other than that it was a great read. I loved the snarky side of Illanna and how she got under his skin. I loved the references to the East Indian heritage that I didn’t realize until the end her descendants were from. It was a fast paced book you didn’t want to put down.
The writing is so descriptive that you can visualize without any problems.
I look forward to Riv’s story.
