Je recommande ce livre pour découvrir comment intégrer la co création et la collaboration. L’approche de Codevelopment Action Learning mise sur la création de groupes de réflexions, guidés par une méthode rigoureuse et centrés sur l’apprentissage, l’écoute et la génération d’idées en groupe.
