SF zen free book handout, nothing particularly mind blowing but it was a sweet gentle read that held my hand through a turbulent week!

I had heard of this book ages ago, and bought it randomly - and so glad I did. Quick life lessons through the lens of four questions to help you live your life. Nice journaling prompts.

Intention, care, peace.
I was given this book by a man in london after donating money to the charity he works for in giving food to the homeless. It was fate- I needed an enlightened, uplifting book to read to finish the year and give me a new perspective. Loved this. Any faith or no faith can read it and take away the important messages and apply them to all areas of life:
1. What is my purpose?
2. How may I be of service?
3. What is the lesson?
4. Where am I investing my attention right now?
