Zola and Jarek. Love this series
Zola Gray was born into the Tell Group. She is an assassin and poet. After her brother was killed tried to finish his mission to bring Tel down. Rescued with Parker and Kareena, they vouched for her. Zola wants to make a new life on Delroi, but knows Tel will never stop.
When Kareena and Parkers mates are attacked she and Parker show how deadly they can be. Then her mother, a founding member of Tel, makes contact offering intel for asylum.
Jarek Idis, is younger brother to Roarr. A warrior and healer. Zola is his der'lan. He has kept to a physician patient relationship with her. She was held the longest and needed the most care. The danger that surrounds her has him staking his claim. Her mother has found her mate in a Clan leader and he can demand Zola be placed under his care.
Zola wants what Jarek offers, but her demons run deep. The things she has done for Tel makes her unfit as a mate to anyone. Jarek won't back down. He is by her side when she confronts her mother and meets the man who claims her as daughter.
The Rebirth Ceremony presents a perfect opportunity for Tel to strike. Zola the interrogator and assassin has to make an appearance in a very public manner. Her mother steps in to help. Jarek and the Keep and Saber clan warriors present, offer nothing but support and her mother and her new father offer her a safe place to regroup.
Tel is still coming and Zola is determined to end the threat. The attack comes from a ghost from the past and nearly cost her her life.
Loved Zola and Jerek. Great alien invasion, military romance.

Wow
All the books have been awesome and enjoyed reading them. How the women from earth had to adjust to a planet where the male are very alphas and very protective about their mates?? The stories about all the women are coming together to help one another. Just awesome and waiting to read book four.

start with the first delroi connection book but this series is much better...looking forward to the next one. Re-read in May of 2017. Still enjoyable. Re-read yet again in 2020

Terrific. well written and an enjoyable continuation of the series. If you enjoy sci-fi romance then you will love it.. A brilliant story
