Kinda DNF at ch 73 At first, I kept reading as it seemed fun to reach that whole "my in-laws are obsessed with me" from chapter 0. But it kept going on and on with a lot of side plot that were just dragging the whole idea/action, and it became quite boring. I still wanted to see that b-word of a Fourth Princes get her karma so I ended up skimming through some chapters randomly until -finally!- I found the beginning of the show off between crazy princess and fmc (chapter 114 for anyone interested). AND IT STILL WASN'T THE FINAL SHOWDOWN. I just wanna see that crazy woman's end in the story. I am seriously annoyed right now. 😅 I shall now retire from reading this. Ended with ch 120.
pereshati found it weird that outsiders were using lapileon blood even though the duke's family is keeping their lips tight about their curse. they soon found out about a secret child, islette, who was abused by her father and had been having her blood drawn so that her father could sell it. gloria and saorise's impression of pereshati improved from this. even therdeo started showing that he likes pereshati even more.
islette is a baby girl who needs utter protection. i hope she becomes better and i hope that when her curse is triggered, she doesn't suffer that much.
Now this one... this one is just perfect. The suspense, the growing doom from both of the families, the danger, the continuos mystery... And the solidified loyalty and love between the family members of the Lapileons. This volume was so good I immediately had to reread. The characters are not perfect, even our main girl has her many faults and flaws. But they try because they care and no character is there just to be a decoration.
