Ok so review time.....as you know with any Red Phoenix novel, its gonna be HAWT!! ANNND this book didnt let me down one little bit. This book takes over litteraly days before the next Bonding Ritual. The clan has enemies cirlcing and wanting to take them down. SO a couple of clans offer their hand to our young Keeper. One has saved her while she was out gathering berries and the other is only wanting to kill her to find out the clans "secrets". Well our Little Flowers dad wants her to consider a life without being the Keeper but she realizes that Valen is her true mate.......
The book is really the two of them struggling with her marriag e proposals, realizing their love and quickly getting mated to show a unified front from the bad clans men.
Of COURSE there is a Ritual in the book because they need their clan strong. And OF COURSE the ritual was hot but honestly, I loved the intimacy between our Keeper and her Alpha Valen over the BIG SECRET Ritual..am i a sap for love or what!!?? Anywho, I am going crazy waiting for book 3 but that is pretty typicalfor a Red Story.

An awesome paranormal story with werewolves!!!! I loved reading the first one of this series but this one completely blown my mind away!! So sexy and romantic the story of Layla. Did I say hot?! It's so hot as sizzling hot!!!!!!

Another 5-star showing from Red Phoenix.
Layla has a tough decision to make regarding 3 suitors. She makes her choice and seals the deal just before the next moon ritual.

I received this book by the Author for an honest review.
This book starts were Keeper of the Wolf Clan ended. The Daric clan had to do some realigning due to the passing of their Keeper. Layla is now their Keeper but is unmated and another had to take the role as Healer. An opportunity is given to her to change her life path when strange wolves come to the clan and request to be her mate. Now she has a decision to make to stay and be the Daric clan Keeper and mate with Valen or accept the offer from one of the strange wolves.
I was pulled in and once I started reading I could not put this one down. I had to know which one she accepted as her mate. I love the way her dreams help her see what she needs to see when she needs to see it. I loved seeing Layla interact with her brother and the other Alphas. I also loved how protective Valen, Amira, Maska, and Etan are of her already.
The end made me want more I really cannot wait for book three and as always to see what kind of journey Red Phoenix has in store for me next. I absolutely love this series so far I cannot get enough of Layla and the Alpha’s. There is such a connection and I need to know that everything it going to turn out ok for Layla and the clans.

I love this PNR of Red Phoenix. This follow up to The Wolf Clan is great in The Keeper finding her mate and accepting her position as Keeper. Red has done a great job explaining the feelings of the characters. Though there's one who means harm the rest of the Clan of the West is happy with the mating choice. Little bit of drama and some sexy scenes. This story doesn't disappoint.

Wonderful read. Red Phoenix has again kept me fascinated with her hot and sexy PRN and has now become a must read. Looking forward to learning more about Layla and the rest of her clan and what comes next for them all.

The Second book of The Keeper of the Wolf Clan continues on where young Layla (The Keeper) now understands what she must do in order to keep the clan safe. Torn between her duty to her clan and wanting a normal life she is now faced with a difficult decision! Stay and be the Keeper and do her duty or choose to leave her clan and mate!
This was such a great story! I was on the edge the whole time trying to guess what Layla would do? Who she would choose and what of Valen and his feelings for her? Looking forward to reading what's next and where the new budding relationship of Valen and Layla will lead. If I could I would give this 10 **********. Well Done Red!!!!

Love it!!
The story was well written and interesting. This book in the series brought about a much more profound connection of the clan. The characters and their devotion to the people of the clan is truly inspiring. I can hardly wait to see the continued development of this storyline.

The Keeper Finds Her Mate is book two in the Keeper of the Wolves series by Red Phoenix. I have been waiting for this one since book one was released. I’m a huge fan of shifter smut (Paranormal Romance for those of you who are scared to tell the truth). The Keeper series takes everything you think you know about the rules of the shifter world and throws them out the window. Normally, I like to play by the rules, but Red breaks out of the norm in a way that intrigues.
In book one Layla finds herself in the position of Keeper to her wolf clan after the previous Keeper unexpectedly dies. The part that makes being Keeper both an honor and a curse is completely unknown to everyone in the clan that isn’t a part of the monthly ceremony. Book one ends after Layla endures her first ceremony and book two picks up with her starting to embrace her role as Keeper, that is until fate opens up another potential path.
Will Layla pick to remain loyal to her clan and her duties as Keeper or will she walk away from everything she has ever known to follow a new path? I could tell you because I’ve read it, but what would be the fun in that? Go grab this book and get lost inside the Keeper’s world. If you haven’t read book one, you definitely want to do so first! Four stars for storyline and 4 wet panties for shifter smut factor.

In this installment, Layla is offered a choice…she can marry a wolf from another clan and leave her role as a Keeper (which her father wants her to) or she can accept her role as the Keeper and marry her archenemy Valen.
I started softening up to Valen in this story, though to be honest I was rooting for her rescue suitor, but that would be the end of the series….
I enjoyed the sex scenes in this installment more than the first installment. I felt like there was more connection between Layla and the 4 Alphas during the Bonding Rituals.
Finally, I liked that there was a build up of tension. In the first book, it was center entirely around the first Keeper’s death and Layla ascending to the role for her pack. In this installment, the reader starts to see tension in outside packs and real conflict between Layla beyond losing her virginity. Layla really started coming into herself in this installment.

The Keeper Finds Her Mate picks right up where the first book ends. If it is possible I have to say I liked this installment in the story even more then the first book. I was beginning to respect Layla in book 1 but my respect for Layla doubled whole reading this book. She has had to come to terms with so much in such a short period of time, I was very impressed with her growth. I admit I fell even more in love with Valen! I know I didn't think that was even possible! The other Alphas also hold a place in my heart, you can truly see how much they care about Layla! My only complaint is that it ended, lol. I mean Red I need more!! Fall is so far away! Thank you Red for another fabulous book! I cannot wait for the 3rd installment in the series.

The Daric clan is being challenged now that Layla is the new Keeper following her Mother's death and she is not mated. Two other Alphas from different clans propose to Mate with her and her Father wants her to consider this option. He never wanted The Keeper responsibilities for his daughter. This puts Valen in a very difficult situation since he does love Layla, can he let her go to spare her this burden? Where does Layla's heart lie? Another incredible journey by Red Phoenix into the world of the wolves.

With this second novel, I think there was a more mature growing base for me to start to fall in love with the characters. As I get to know them, I can't help but love them. The first novel to me was really challenging and hard to accept but now that I've read this one, I understand it more and know this is the right series for me to continue reading. I can't wait until fall 2014 to see what happens next! Another success this time Red, cheers!

This was a fabulous follow up to The Keeper of the Wolf Clan. Layla has discovered her love for Valen. When she must choose to between her fate and changing her fate, she has a vision of Valen and his love for her through the years that he tormented her. Hot, sensual scenes and a fabulous mating ceremony add to this 5 star book.

I first found Red Phoenix by reading book 1 in this series - The Keeper of the Wolf Clan, so when I saw she was writing another book I was beyond ecstatic. The Keeper Finds Her Mate completely blew me away. Red delivered not only an amazing story, but she really brought the characters to life as well. Can't wait for book 3!

I had read the first book Keeper of the Wolf Clan #1 and liked it. So I decided to read the next one Keeper #2. I am so glad I did. I loved every word. I cannot wait for the 3rd part of this story and see what is in store for Layla and the Daric Clan

Now that I have read the second part of this story I understand why I waited so long to read it... it is an awesome story, but now I am left hanging waiting until this fall for the next part. :( Patience has never been one of my stronger virtues.

Again, the author created this hot exciting story. Panty wetting at its best. The story continues as the Keeper has a decision to make...will she stay or leave her pack, giving up the title with it. The only bad thing I see is that the next book isn't due until the fall.

I get all into the book and it done. I like it as well as the first this book has 10 more pages than the last. I wish the were a lot longer than less than 65 pages. Not sure why it tells a brief story and leaves u hanging for the next to come out.
