Raging Barons MC–Meat, from Amazon International Bestseller J.E Daelman A lite MC series, with fun, laughter, love, and other emotions thrown in along the way.
In Book Twelve of the continuing Raging Barons MC series, RBMC brother, Meat, finally gets his story. This highly anticipated tale chronicles the adventures behind the Ol’ Ladies’ fiercest protector and most loyal ally - it is time to finally meet the real MEAT! The grunting and growling RBMC brother has completed the mandated therapy ordered by his Pres, and he is ready to take on the world. He is sprucing up his treehouse for his Wilma/Wonder Woman while navigating around the usual hijinks of the Three Stooges, the escalating infantile pranks with Wings, and trying his best to continue his normal day job, which includes being part owner of TJs. Star – the grunting, treehouse-loving, cleaver-throwing, and occasional Full Monty performer is MY man, Meat. From now on, he will perform for me alone! An adrenaline junkie like me needs this Fred to my Wilma. Now if only my past would just stay where it belongs, life would be hunky-dory.
Raging Barons MC Is not a hardcore read-MC LITE Each of the books in the series covers one of the MC characters. They can be read as standalone but are best read in order. No cliff-hanger, HEA
From the moment a laughing screaming naked wild man appeared on the pages, Meat has commandeered our attention with disbelief & awe. Axel, confident that Meat is securely anchored by every member of the club, flexes his presidential muscles by sending a grudgingly reluctant Meat into counselling. Omg, let the show begin. Let us also meet Star, who might be the Wonder Woman crazy enough to be the match for this Tarzan, fabulous enough to have the Jane’s’ approval and support. And of course, let the chaos of the club rage on. I also repeat, each new book is better than the last, each time you will laugh & cheer these nutcases on.
The long awaited and much anticipated story of Meat and his lady is absolutely brilliant, Meat and Star are perfect for each other, we got know Meat more as a person in this book and not just as the brother that hangs out in the treehouse and we finally learnt that Star is the one that was teasing Meat. We get to see some more shenanigans in the clubhouse, lots of laughs, some tender moments with Meat being protective about Mia and lots of fun times with Meat going after his old lady. Jan knocked it out of the park with book, Meat got the old lady and the happily ever after he truly deserved, I highly recommend this author and series to everyone ❤️🖤
Meat and Star are such a cute and strong couple. Who grabbed who is a great question? All of the usual antics that Meat starts and finishes has now added lovely terms as well, as the couple live their lives as individuals and try and make as little waves as possible. But watch out if someone starts an issue they won't be finishing it. Star will always stick up for herself and those that don't/won't stick up for themselves and she does it with "bells on" and not in a quiet fashion. The entire MC is very involved in this storyline and so supportive of these two characters which is so heartwarming considering Star's family history as well as how much of a struggle Meat has gone through. We love Meat and having him find his HEA with Star is just so heartwarming, and she totally deserves her happiness. The relationships that they have with the MC brothers and Ole Ladies is such a joy to read.
Meat is finally here!!!! Everyone loves meat and it would take a fiesty, strong, independent woman to catch him. Star is a loyal, independent woman who like to give meat a hard time, she doesn’t take crap from anyone from him or anyone else. This book will make you laugh but you will also see how perfect Star and Meat are together
This is Book 12 in the Raging Barons MC series. I have been waiting for Meat’s story for a long time. I have to say that this definitely does his story justice. We’ve met Star in a couple of previous books and saw how she was enjoying teasing Meat but never letting him catch up with her. Well, she finally lets him catch her in this book. It was interesting to see him enjoying himself and giving us glimpses of his feelings for her. There are some things going on with Star and her family that keep us riveted to her part of the story. Overall, it’s an incredibly good and entertaining storyline. We have fun things happening in the treehouse. And we found a new name for Wings when the payback gets a little sparkly. I think you will be pleased with the way this story was written because Meat is still our Meat.
FINALLY – MEAT!!!!!!!! Ever since this series started, THIS is the book we all have been waiting for. With Meat being such a character, would he ever find someone who was strong enough to handle all his quirkiness? Well, we can now say YES, there is such a person (in the RBMC world) who can handle Meat. This is where Star comes in! She works with Lily at the costume shop and Meat has definitely caught her eye. She makes a plan and her plan is….she’s going to catch herself Meat! Once he’s caught, it was so nice to see a different loving side of Meat. When she was having issues with her family, he was so protective of her. BUT, don’t worry, the antics still abound between Heather, Chaos, Meat and the rest of the crew keep you laughing throughout this book.
Star gets her man..or Meat..lol. This is IMO J.E. Daelmal's best book yet. I was so impressed with the characters of Star and Meat's story, but the other couples continuing stories were just as good. I have to say I didn't care for Stars friend Lilly, she has issues that make her a major whiner, and unless she gets help, the MC member she was dating is better off without her. I loved Mia getting back to herself and I hope it comes out who was talking bad about her. She is great. Sounds like at the end someone is having a baby and a MC member somewhere is the daddy...sounds very curious. Love it! Can't wait for more from this author. I love her.
Meat has his demons from his time in the military. Finding a home and family with the Raging Barrons and being sent to counselling by Axel opens up the idea of settling down for himself. After all, his MC brothers have met amazing women, and theres just happens to be one mysterious girl he's after. Star is a woman that knows what she wants or rather who, Meat. Now their game of cat and mouse in disguise has reached its peak. But when her family come meddling wanting her to marry Gregory a man of standing and their choosing, somethings don't add up. Well written the story has you hooked from the start! With classic club antics, funny moments, British terms galore! A great addition to the series! And Meat finally has his wonderful woman!!
I was so happy to finally read Meats book. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Meat as a whole person instead of just his pranks. It was great to see Meats personality in more depth and see how he was thinking and dealing with his PTSD and honestly it made me love his character more. Star was the absolute perfect match to Meat I loved her character, think she is my favourite old lady of the Barons now. She was just the right amount of crazy. Daelmans writing and story telling keeps you engaged from beginning to end and will forever be an automatic buy author for me, I don’t even need to read blurbs anymore. Overall my favourite read of the year so far.
I and I'm sure all of us who read this series have been waiting for Meat's story, and let me say he and Star are PERFECT for each other !!!! I loved all the elements of this book, their love story, Star's backstory, Meats backstory, the club stuff with Mia ( Prez's old lady for newbies) even the multiple conflicts were awesome! Really it had everything! I'm really interested in Wings story 😉 my reason for 4 instead of 5 stars honestly for this to be Meats story it just seemed to be choppy, like a lot of ideas but not flowing . 😕
Meat! The silent and broody man we swoon over. Star! The badass woman we are, even if she is hidden deep inside. I liked reading their story. The chase. The hilarity. The moments you want to Gibbs slap any of the characters. This book has it all. I found myself rooting for more than just Meat & Star. Go Mia. And the pranks…lord they had me laughing at what the MC brothers get up to in the pranks.
Great story for these two that we’ve all been waiting for and JE Daelman delivered a 5+ plus read. Star is from the UK so a lot of the language and sayings in the book actually make sense this time as the MC is in the US. With everyone else using them too it’s a riot!!
Have been waiting for this book for ages and J E Daelman did not let us down. It had everything. Troubled hero, sassy heroine, hot hot bikers, nasty family, mystery, it was funny, witty. The whole MC was written throughout with all our favourites from other books. The author never let us down once with her words. !I've it and wanted more.
I have always loved Meat. He is a great character. You never know what going to happen around him. It was time for his story. Star is perfect for him. Totally enjoyed.
What’s not to like? It’s Meat. He has had his demons and still struggles some days. Star blasted into his life and shook him up. Both of them have a crazy streak a mile wide. Just sorry the story ended, I could have read it on and on. I loved it.
Yabba Dabba Yum!! We finally get a taste of that yummy Meat and it was well worth the wait! He battled his demons and has more than earned the bright Star in his life. I love Star’s gumption and determination to win the man of her dreams and who doesn’t love Meat?? This story just made me happy. Thanks, Jan
Fantastic book about Meat and Star. All the usual characters are there causing laughs, tears and well done. The ongoing dramas of the MC makes this book difficult to put down once started. Look forward to more in the series.
Meat has been one of the favorite characters throughout the series. Glad to see him finally get a woman who is a bit quirky and a lot badass to keep up with him.
OMG OMG J E Daelman did Meat justice. Epic love story...full of fun and laughs . 5 stars is not enough. And Wings omg I am calling him glow worm . 🤍🧡❤️🤎💜💙💚💛
This book has a little bit of everything you would expect from Meat. I really enjoyed camaraderie with the guys competitions. Well written story from the beginning to the end.
Loved Meat from the minute he was introduced to us in the books. Matching Star with Meat was outstanding and the storyline was as usual exceptional look forward to more of the antics that the guys and girls get up too
I’ve been anticipating this book ever since the author put out the notifications to say it would be out for publication soon. Meat - part of the Raging Barons MC series – does not disappoint. The two main characters have featured in some of the previous books and slowly have taken on a life of their own. Meat and Star’s journey is not easy, especially when Star’s past starts to catch up with her. How these two resolve their differences, discover their HEA, help deal with Meat’s PTSD, plus cope with interfering family, fun times in the treehouse (you need to read these books to know more), how the MC rally round, bring this story to its HEA with lots of laughter and love. I highly recommend this book, but would add to get the best from the book, that you read the rest of the series.
I feel like for most of this series I've been waiting to read this one, to see the woman who would take on Meat in all his crazy ways (meant as a compliment). Meat definitely marches to the beat of his own drummer, but if you can make it past his walls, you will have a friend/ally for life. He needed someone with that same spark of crazy and he found that in Star. I've loved how Star has teased Meat in the last few books, getting to know her more in this one was fun. She was more than up for the challenge to spend her life with Meat. I especially loved how she sent challenges Meat's way, what a way to finally get to know each other face to face.
Star fit in well with the MC and the Ol' Ladies, especially Mia. She managed to pull Mia out of her funk and helped others see what was wrong. I think it telling that none of the ladies thought anything was wrong, but the men were the ones that had issues.
Like most of the other women, Star had her own drama, drama that the club helped when it was needed. Luckily it didn't last long and Star and Meat could get back to the business of living their happy, crazy lives!
