Great frameworks and explorations for actors (or anyone who wishes to be heard and understood)—and then a wonderful call to action on how to change the world for the better

What a wonderful introduction (and update) to Arthur Lessac's work. By boiling down some of Arthur's key lessons on the body and voice - and their usage in developing a creative, expressive, empathetic individual - Deborah Kinghorn shines a light on what makes this work so vital to anyone with a desire to communicate. While honoring Arthur's observations on Body and Vocal NRG's, she elaborates on several newer discoveries concerning Love, Soul, Spirit, and Interinvolvement NRG's. Deborah Kinghorn studied for years with Arthur and serves as a Master Teacher of the Lessac Technique, so she knows what she's talking about!

If you are a fan of Arthur Lessac's work - or even curious about what it's "all about" - do yourself a favor. Pick this up! A quick, easy read with lots of fun exercises!
