We are the cast-offs, the forgotten, the broken; we are dark, dangerous men haunted by our violent pasts.
The Guardian collects us, rehabilitates us, and gives us a new lease on life…if we follow a few, simple rules:
Once you’re in, there’s no going back; never take a life; loyalty to the brotherhood above all.
My brothers, the other Broken Arrows, Club Sin… that’s my life. And then I meet HER on the side of the road, barefoot, battered, and afraid of her own shadow. Immediately, I have one protect her. That’s all I care about. It’s a tall order, because she’s from a world almost as violent as my own. But somewhere along the way, I realize she’s healing me as much as I am her. If we can survive her enemies and mine, life together could be pretty beautiful. That’s a big if, though…

What an amazing book and so worth the wait from Jack and Jasinda Wilder. The stories and the backgrounds of each of the Club Sin men keep getting better and better. And heartbreakingly good. Just when you think the last book's couple had a crazy story to tell, we get Silas and Naomi. And what a story they tell. My only suggestion is to plan on reading this in one sitting. It's Just. That. Good!
I almost DNF this early on. Each book in this series has featured a female lead with ever increasing damage. The violently abused woman trope ratchets up with each book. This one, friends, is the cherry on the cake. At about 30%, I nearly threw in the towel.
Like the previous book in this series, this one featured a tremendous volume of mind-numbing, repetitive, circular dialogue between the two leads. I loves me some dialogue, but the last two books are way way way over the top. The leads discuss the exact same topics and repeat these discussions far beyond need. I found myself skipping ahead frequently to get around yet another multiple page repeat discussion. At least the peek ahead of the next book seems to indicate a less abused, heartily damaged female lead. I'm not sure I'll be on board, mostly because this series has been disappointing.
I also enjoy detailed sex scenes. But here again, way way way beyond that. The two leads talk continually during sex, with super repetitive discussions that just don't really increase the hotness factor. Instead, they interrupt the flow of what's happening. It's just overload. I get the author is trying to build the love connection but it's too much. After 5 or 10 pages, things feel weird and overblown.
It's also disappointing that after 4 books, there's still not one iota of intel on the Big Boss who brought all these people together.
I'd like to hear Inez's story as well as the two remaining brothers and the other two or three guys (?) living at the club. But I don't feel inclined to continue reading about female leads who have been so, so heavily abused. It's a turnoff. And it frankly has begun to feel like a weird trope that shouldn't be the basis of so many romances. Yes, I'm way old enough to know that many women suffer a lot in their lifetimes. Me, too. I'm just wondering if featuring mostly horribly abused women should be done so prominently and so often. Romantic suspense has become overrun by this trope. I'd like to see more female leads who are just living their Iives out here. Guess we'll see.
Oh boy, I felt for Silas and the call he got at the start of this one. No one should get a call like that, even worse was the years that came before. At least Silas had his brothers at his side to help deal with things. It was interesting that afterwards the 3 went their separate ways and it seems like each of them ran into trouble.
I loved how Silas stopped to do a good deed and it changed his life. Naomi, certainly needed help and Silas was just the person to have Naomi's back. I loved how Silas was able to give Naomi comfort and safety as he learned what happened and let her know he was so angry on her behalf, but not at her. He also was able to show her what "normal" life looked like.
I knew they would end up in Vegas, but had to deal with Silas's past first. That errand ended up being interesting in so many ways. Silas has his life back now, but Naomi learned she is a badass her self and she did what needed to be done to protect herself. I loved the phone call between her and Inez as the action was happening. About the only thing better was when the 2 women met in her person, shocking the whole group.
It was great to see how Naomi was with the other women, how they showed her how their group worked and welcomed her into the fold right away. Naomi and Silas both deserve the happiness they found.
Silas is driving to clear his mind after his parents funeral and he nearly runs Naomi over. She’s bruised and beaten, running from actual hell on earth. He takes her in even when there’s dangerous people out there chasing him but he protects her. I caught myself swooning many times. He’s this big muscled bad a** and she’s this sweet inexperienced sweetheart who’s known nothing but bruises and beatings - yet her heart is made of gold.
The ending was what I’d hope for, and her father got what he deserved as well as her disgusting old man of a “husband”
Well written, I could picture the scenes in my mind I truly enjoyed reading this love story.
Silas and Naomi's story is one heck of a ride, not only emotionally but with plenty of action too. They have so much I common and the way they trust each other is a beautiful thing. When their souls recognise each others, they both become stronger and free themselves from their pasts and the sins other people and themselves committed. Beautiful story. Looking forward to the next one.
Brace yourself because you're going to experience a kaleidoscope of emotions. All of them necessary and what had me so invested in this book, in this series.
Silas... How i loved him. I didn't expect to fall so quickly for him, but with each chapter he spoke to me. His past and his present paved the way for his lady, Naomi. Now, Naomi. I want to be friends with her. I want her strength, her resilience... her will to take her life in her hands. I absolutely LOVED her. The chemistry between Silas and Naomi was perfectly balanced.
It's no secret that the Wilders experience something personal that delayed the development of this book, but I want to solidify it was worth the wait. This book is the epitome of "I can, I am enough". This book is a must read... I encourage and recommend the whole series. By reading all the books you'll see the foundation of brotherhood that builds that of a sisterhood.
I was not expecting to get into this book as much as I did! The characters and story are written so well and detailed, I can picture everything. I cannot wait for the next book in the series!!!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book. This is the 4th book in the Club Sin: Dirty Beast series. Each book can be read as a standalone. Naomi has lived a life of control, and she has had enough. She can't live another day in lockup. She just wants to be free. At the first glimpse of freedom, she runs. However, she doesn't get far before a handsome stranger offers to help her and take her away from the only place she has ever known. Silas has just buried both his mother and father, and he's not ready to head back to the club yet. He just needs some time to himself to clear his head. While driving, he almost runs over a girl. He sees something in her that reminds him of his mom. He has to help her and show her how free her life can be. I loved Silas! So far, he is my favorite out of all the Broken Arrow brothers we have met. The chemistry between these two is off the charts!! and wowzer that hotel scene! It's definitely a must-read book and series. I can't wait for more.
Another amazing book from Jasinda and Jack Wilder!!
I love this series and I was so excited to read Silas’ story!! Naomi was a strong and beautiful woman that was perfect for him!
It was hard to read what Naomi went through before Silas saved her from her past on the side of the road, but it was necessary in order to see how much she deserved freedom and the love of a good guy!
They were perfect for each other and deserved every bit of their HEA!!
I love the little peek into the beginning of the next book and I can’t wait to see how fast Saxon falls for Terra!! We’re in for another exciting ride with those two and I cannot wait!!
Every single time I finish one of the DIRTY BEASTS/CLUB SIN books, I feel like there’s no way I can fall as hard for another couple. But, here’s Ms. Wilder making me fall even harder for Silas & Naomi. Ms. Wilder has a special way of writing such beautifully broken and vulnerable characters & really went above & beyond in SILAS. If you haven’t started this series yet, you should. They are such beautiful, even when they’re breaking your heart, stories.
After reading this book and getting to know Silas and Naomi, their story was one of a crazy one. The emotion that was put into this was amazing the suspense, secrets, betrayal and everything else was just everything that will keep you on the edge of your seat wanting more. Jasinda and Jack have been away from writing for some time, now they are back, and I can’t wait to see what else these two have in store because I just ate this book up, I wasn’t sure if anyone was going to beat Colton but Silas is pretty close. I can’t wait to see who the next Club Sin is going to be about.
Wow! Naomi and Silas meet under an usual situation. Both have pasts that are not for the faint of heart. Naomi has been a victim of circumstances and Silas has been on the other side of the law. Their story is gripping as Ms. Wilder keeps the action moving!! Plot twists abound. A heroine coming into her own!! And Silas who is the man who doesn't want to be the hero. Great book! So glad Jasinda Wilder is back!!!!
Silas works and lives at club Sin, he gets a horrible call from his mother who killed his dad and then herself. That call broke my heart and all you can do is feel for the three brothers especially Silas. While driving to come to terms with things he rescues Naomi who is running for her life. She has escaped the clutches of her militia crazy father and the man he sold her to. Naomi is beaten and running barefoot but something makes her trust Silas. As they hide from and then fight off the people who want them dead, they fall in love. Silas teaches Naomi what physical love is really all about. She learns that being with a man can be beautiful. The group of guys working at Sin have each had a great story of finding the one. So worth the wait, and I can't wait until the next story comes out. From the preview it is sure to be good.
What a crazy ride this story will take you on! Naomi has been abused her entire life and has made a run for it only to be picked up by Silas with a similar background!
I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "SILAS CLUB SIN" OMG!! Your hooked on this story right from the beginning it's an intense, riviting, emotional, action packed wild rollercoaster ride filled with danger, violence, horrific abuse, secrets, lies, betratal, angst, anger, rage, steam, twists & surprises. Silas & his brothers Sol & Sax are part of the Broken Arrows Club a Brotherhood & Club Sin is where they all reside, the Guardian collects broken, dangerous cast offs like Silas others like him & rehabilitates them from their haunted pasts. Silas, Sol & Sax go to their parents funeral in Boston they return to Vegas but he stays awhile to get his head on straight that's when he almost runs over a girl on a dark road, she barefoot & horribley abused, he stops because she reminds him of his mother & the abuse she suffered at the hands his father, so he feels she needs his help. Silas gets her to get in his car, she skitterish, shy, terrified, submissive, he can't believe what she tells him about her life, it's worse & more violent than his own she comes from a compound where women are owned & abused daily treated worse than animals, she'd had enough & ran. Silas doesn't understand what he's doing she brings out a protective nurturing side to him he didn't know he had, he's healing her as much as she's healing him something about her, he swears to her that no one will ever hurt her again. I definitely recommend to get this book Silas & Naomi take you on quite the intense, emotional, heartwrenching journey, you heart goes to her for what's she been through, I love how Silas can calm her & make her feel safe. Silas & Naomi have her father Buddy Ibsen, Jerry her husband both abusive dangerous men, & the Cartel after them will they survive to get a HEA, it absolutely a must read, you so won't be disappointed. WOW!! ONE DARK RIVITING INTENSE TWISTED EMOTIONAL ROMANCE I LOVED IT 🖤 🖤 🖤 🖤 🖤
Holy crap! Jasinda and Jack are back! And they came back with a vengeance. This book Silas should be blowing up the charts. I mean the emotion, the steam, the action and the suspense was "edge of your seat" reading. So incredible. I absolutely loved it. For those readers who started with book one in this series, you're in for a surprise. You'll see a side of Silas that you didn't think was possible. So, I don't want to ruin the book, so just a quick rundown. Silas sees Naomi walking down a dark road battered and bruised. When Silas stops to help her, she is immediately scared and unsure of why he stopped. Naomi grew up on a compound. She is not in tune with a lot of things people take for granted every day. He convinces her to get in his truck. He wants to help her, protect her. But he's got enemies that want to see him dead. Naomi has people after her that want to harm her. They'll have to be on guard and watch over both shoulders. This is an excellent story of learning to trust and not being afraid to grow. Okay, one more thing..... WELCOME BACK JASINDA AND JACK! YOU WERE SERIOUSLY MISSED!!😘🤗
Two complete opposites end up being perfect for each other. Silas goes home to bury his parents and sees a woman on the side of the road. He stops to help her and realizes that she is running from someone. Naomi has escaped a horrible situation, and doesn’t understand why she trusts Silas, but she does. Their journey is steeped with hurdles, violence and pain, but so worth the end.
I loved how protective he was, even in the beginning. She was scared but determined and he let her learn at her own pace. The threat to both of them was real, but they each made the other better. My only issue is how fast she was able to move beyond what she endured, but I realize it is a book and some timelines are sped up.
The fierceness of Naomi and the protective nature that is Silas lends to two people depending on the other when it matters most. I really enjoyed this book and really hope we get insights into the boss. I received an ARC and this is my honest, voluntary review.
Silas is in Boston for his fathers and mother’s funeral. His mom killed his abusive father then killed herself while on the phone with him. So him and his two brothers had to come out of hiding to be at the funeral. Now heading anywhere to just process all that’s happened he is just driving anywhere when he see a woman running down the road and she limping and bare footed. When he stop to see if she needs help he sees she has been beat up and is terrified. Naomi has had enough abuse from her father and for a year and half from the man he married her of to so after hearing her father tell someone the code to the front gate she is trying to escape that’s when she runs into Silas he stop to help her but she doesn’t know if she should go with him but it better then beeping taken back. So now her adventure will begins and he will have to fight with the people from his past to stay alive. So enjoy another good read in the series!!
Silas meets her on the side of the road in West Virginia. She’s been beaten and is on the run. What can go wrong?
Suddenly, her reality meets his past with batons and guns blazing. In all her innocence, she’s a beast. He’s realizing he’s met the woman. He is meant to spend the rest of his life with if they can outrun their past.
I love this series and I can’t wait for Saxons’s story
You get the impression from the very beginning these two deserve each other. They bring out the best in each other even though they don't know it. The things they've lived and experienced still doesn't prepare them for the love and protection they have found in a short period of time. You will root for them no matter what's happening. I loved it. JW works this book and this series. Dangerous, FINE, rich loyal Men and the Women that loved them.
Silas is the latest book in the Club Sin series. Silas has been hiding from his past but has to come out of hiding for personal reasons. While out he comes across a woman running- his instincts tell him she needs help. The journey that follows them is not easy, but in the end they are at peace with their lives.
So happy we got more of Club Sin! With elusive sexy Silas. What a wild life he has led. Absolutely loved this book and read it in record speed. I need more Club Sin and a deep dive into club happenings.
Jasinda Wilder really knows how to write a compelling gritty story with amazing characters. Silas has had a really tough life but has found his tribe with the broken arrows. His journey with Naomi will change everything. Highly recommended
Thankfully Malik remains a friend, it made the rescue easier. The father, Buddy, wow! How can you beat your own daughter then marry her off to someone who is worse.
Silas’s turn book 4. Trigger warning for DV. What a story these two have. Coming across Naomi and having to defeat his demons for a life without having to look over his shoulder. It becomes fast paced towards the end which I enjoy. Bring on the next one
