Each of these just gets better and better



At the heart of each of these books is Nix, a demon who leaves a lasting impact on everyone she meets. Each novella gives us a glimpse into the past of the male leads, and how they and She impact each other. But it's also a chance to understand Nix better. We see how her actions, both good and bad, ripple through the lives of those around her.

This novella introduces us to Kaius, a celestial being who's supposed to keep Heaven and Hell in balance. Instead, he finds himself drawn to Nix, and his original purpose fades away as he develops a deep fixation with her that goes beyond the boundaries of Heaven and Hell. He becomes her constant stalker, watching over her throughout the ages.

Kaius's presence in Nix's life changes her deeply. His unwavering devotion to her leads him to influence the course of her life.

The author's writing makes me feel so much for Nix. We see her struggles, her triumphs, and her heartbreaking losses. The story paints a moving picture of a soul caught in a cycle of pain and loss, leaving us feeling deeply for her.

A watcher angel… a red headed demon… desires and sins… while this book isn’t super spicy I don’t think that’s its purpose. This is one of 4 novellas that are coming before the full length books. So I feel like these are the back story and wow what a back story! Laius is a watcher angel designed to watch and intervene to keep demons from tainting souls. While he is using his grace to turn bad intended deeds to good Nix a red headed demon spends much of her time hiding away. But when she surfaces her beauty and demonic ways cause a ruckus. Who will win in a battle of grace vs demonic influence? Or will they collide?

I really enjoyed Kaius and started reading Nix because I just had to know more about her! I’m very excited for the full length novel and I would recommend this!

Kaius is a watcher Angel. His only duty is to watch humans and help them turn away from sin. When one day, red hair caught his attention. He went to Earth to look closer and saw Nix for the first time. One day turned into many. Will he ever stop watching her? Will he intervene and stop her from damning souls?

I really enjoyed reading Kaius’ story. I like seeing what was happening from his perspective. Nix really did weave herself into many lives without realizing how much she did. Again, like I said for Onyx’s review, this book added more depth to the world building and character building. I can’t wait to see who’s story we will get next.

So, to start, Kaius is a Watcher Angel. He has been watching Nix since the first time he visited Earth. Since then, he has been watching her for a very, very, very long time.

He went down to eather to see what was happening, and that is when he saw Nix for the very first time.

She has been taking lives for so long. Will he finally intervene? Or no, read to find out.

Kaius adds to this world building and character building story.

I can't wait to see what Kay Wilder brings next in this series. 😍

So much is answered by Kaius' story. He is the mate that watched from afar for thousands of years. That didnt understand his obsession for Nix was love. As an angel, he is the opposite of Nix, looking for ways to let people see their own grace, rather than embracing their dark sides. I adored his own internal fight, itself a mirror of good vs evil. And ultimately it is his love that causes the biggest shake up to Nix's world than all her other mates (well so far) even the most devout angel can be a stalker! Ha ha.

Kaius is book 4 and he is our watcher angel. Kaius connection with Nix has been long one and he has been watching her for a very long time going back to his first trip to Earth.

Book 4 adds more to the story of Heaven and Hell series and each book adds more depth and character building. Each book adds more to the darkness of this world and each man we are introduced to has all that seem obsession with Nix. Kaius is another short read but Kay Wilder is taking us in a journey that will all tie in together.

Kaius, his grace over Nix's darkness

I love how Kaius watches Nix through the millenia. He watches as she claims souls and goes through different mates. All while maintaining his grace.
When he loses her, he finds one of the mates Silas and uses his grace to help him track Nix down.
This is a quick read with an unexpected ending. I'm looking forward to seeing how the author brings all of the novella together.

This is the fourth book in the heaven and hell novells series. The story line is good but I am left with so many unanswered questions and not knowing when I will have those answers. The ending left me with lost of wonder and wanting more. The storyline throughout did allot of story line building and character relationship building between the FMC and one of her romantic partners but where does it go from here?
You will enjoy this series and I recommend taking the time to read it

Each book in the series continues to be so tantalizingly darkishly scrumptious Kaius was no different we really got to know his obsession with Nic and he's an angel that watched over her for so long and there's definitely some unanswered questions being answered in this book and I really enjoyed each Standalone they are all great steamy sexy short straight to the point Kay Wilder I highly recommend this series

4th book in the Heaven and Hell Origins series by Kay- and I enjoyed it just as much as the first three!

Very much Angel/demons vibe with lots of spice!
More world building and we get more of an insight into how Nix drew all these people together and how how she’s touched so many of there lives, I’m really looking forward to seeing where this one goes!
Kaius is a watcher Angel, duty as it says on the tin is to watch the humans and that’s how one day he spots Nix and becomes obsessed. I could say so much more on this but I don’t want to ruin it for you all, beautiful characters and I’m loving how this is all coming together!

Really recommend! Give it an ago but please read in order!
