Book #3 of my #30BookSummer Challenge! Training Teacher Leaders in a PLC at Work by Jasmine Kullar. A quick read, perfect for admins looking to support leadership in PLC. Listened to the author speak at the PLC at Work Conference.

If you are looking to grow yourself professionally and personally this is a great book for educators who want to make a change.

The beginning of this book was the most important for my needs. Part 2 became super redundant. Each professional development section at the end of each chapter contained a self assessment, conversation starters, case scenarios, and an agree or disagree activity. The activities never changed for part two so I eventually found them to be boring. I was looking for more variety in activities.
