I believe this is THE self help book we were all searching for in our quest for psychological balance and wellbeing without compromising on Islam in the slightest.
Dr. Marwa doesn't presume any prior knowledge and details the concepts for anyone who wants to understand themselves and their relationship with their Creator especially when it comes to nurturing their soul and fitrah. There is no unnecessary psychology jargon and she explains anything that might be a loaded term so the reader is on the same page as her.
This book truly elevated my understanding of myself and Allah and as she strongly recommends practical application is the true test of knowledge.
