What a fun idea - this author was given 48 hours to write, edit, and submit a short story with some rather odd prompts. It had to take place on a cruise ship, there was an awkward phrase that had to fit in seamlessly, and it had to be steamy. AND she succeeded.
Kenzie and Callie take a cruise to relax and enjoy themselves and boy do they. Starts with meeting people and then being invited to a party. A game of Truth or Dare starts - and like games like that and add drinking - it starts to get steamy - then conflict with a girl who is too full of herself - but the steam begins. Great book. Only gave 4 stars as there was a couple of places I had to re-read as I got confused as who was who or what was happening. But this is a fun one to read.

The premise of Truth or Dare gives that fun Spring Break vibe—friends on a cruise eith their favorite band. But, overall, it didn’t really work for me. The characters, Callie and Kenzie, were hard to like in a bratty sort of way. The steamier moments felt a bit awkward, though they might appeal to someone looking for a gentle introduction.

That said, the plot has charm, and I can see it being a fun escape for the right reader. Unfortunately, I just wasn’t the audience for this one.
