This volume is definitely in some small way moving the actual overarching plot about human demon relations forward. But is is also just not as funny as some previous volumes. It also felt like not a lot happened here. But is is still overall good, just less that caught my attention.

- This will go poorly, mark my words
-Ya know twilight having spent time with you demons I don’t think most of you are scarry at all
-Come again, you are trying to do what now
-Return of the big boys
-Fun battle
-Return of itty bitty boys
-And I see we are going to gloss over the epic battle ok

-Wait, dog, what did you do, DOG

So many good things in this volume! Twilight, Zeus and Syalis go to school, are members of the occult club, we get super-sized versions of Twilight and Zeus, then super cute chibi versions, Syalis voluntarily gets swallowed by a whale and we find out there is a club where they sniff teddy demon butts. Fantastic!

Again, I feel like part of me hopes this is series is coming to an end soon, not because it isn't an enjoyable series, I just don't want it to end in a slump, and honestly, the hero and the Demon King have to battle at some point.
That being said, this was an enjoyable volume. I liked that it was less of a big story arc over this volume and was more individual events or events that took 3 or 4 "nights" at most.
I love the artwork, and love the characters.
I look forward to the next volume.
