Tonk: The Billionaire's Game: A Motion Picture Screenplay

Rate this book
In the 1980’s there were only 4 Billionaires in the entire world. In 2014 there are 1,645 Billionaires worldwide. This story is inspired by the Tonk players, a group of billionaires, from the United States and from China who have fun using their combined resources to change the world. This is also the story of noblesse oblige, re-invented in the year 2014 by the same group of billionaire- socialites who gather in Las Vegas to play the game of Tonk. The Billionaires have adopted the style and fashions of the 1920’s with a A gambler’s game called Tonk with a one billion dollar ante and a multi-billion dollar pot to spend on making the world a better place. One Tonk hand can change the fate of Nations. In 2016, in response to the unearthing of the mass graves in Bosnia, the Billionaires decide to play a game of Tonk and spend the pot to fix the Nation of Bosnia in such a way as to end the cycle of war and peace by bombing and shipping to the Bosnian people all the most wonderful things the modern world can offer, including a new Bosnian economy that doubles the Nations’ wealth and GDP, lifting Bosnia out of poverty, removing the reason for war, and setting the worldwide standard for the other 1,645 billionaires to follow.
