I’ve always been a little quirky. Growing up, my classmates called me weird. My adult peers call me eccentric. Do I care what they think? No, not really. My life is ordered. Neat. Secure. I overcame all the obstacles thrown in my path and became a successful adult. As long as I maintain control of my life, I’m good. It’s when I lose control that everything falls apart. It doesn’t just fall apart, it implodes. Almost always with casualties. I never understood why, until I met Nathan Kaerne. I wish I’d never stumbled across his path. I’d still be in control. Still be living the life I worked so hard to create. I wouldn’t be running from a world I never knew existed. A world with vampires, werewolves, and demons. Let’s not forget about the fae. But wishes are for fools, and I’m no fool. I’ll do whatever it takes to master the monster living inside me. Even if it means letting Nathan and his team invade my personal space. No matter how much I fight it, I can’t seem to tame my monster without them. The Last Dhampir Series is a slow-burn, Reverse Harem, Paranormal Romance. The story is intended for an audience 18 years and older. Book 1 ends with a cliff-hanger, but book 2 is scheduled to release on June 18, 2024.

Review: Finding the Last Dhampir Stars: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2 Spice: 🌶️
“Finding the Last Dhampir” by Sara Sines is a captivating read at just over 200 pages. Despite its brevity, Sines skillfully packs in substantial character development and a gripping plot, keeping readers engaged from start to finish.
The protagonist’s journey of self-discovery in a world of vampires, werewolves, demons, and fae is compelling. Her struggle to control her life and grapple with the discoveries of who/what she is, is relatable and engaging.
As a slow-burn, “Why-Choose” paranormal romance, the book sets up romantic elements beautifully. While there’s no explicit content in this installment, the chemistry between the protagonist and the male characters is palpable, leaving readers eager for more. The male characters are well-crafted and multi-dimensional, adding depth to the narrative.
The story concludes on a cliffhanger, which serves as a tantalizing hook for those invested in the plot. I’m eager to dive into the next installment.
Overall, “Finding the Last Dhampir” is a well-written and enthralling start to what promises to be an exciting series. Sara Sines has crafted a world and characters that are easy to get lost in, making this book a must-read for fans of paranormal romance.
Thank you to @literaryinspired and Sara Sines for providing me with a copy to review!
I read this in one sitting! Loved this world of fantasy the main female character Lorna gets pulled into. We get introduced to Fae, shifters, demons and Dhampir. It’s a reverse harem fantasy that’s easy to get into and you are left wanting more. I literally cannot wait until the next book comes out in June!! Give me more!!
It's absolutely brilliant. I finished this book in one go. I loved it from start to finish and could put it down. The characters were amazing, and I instantly attached to them. I love the MFC, Lorna. She is strong, and I love her quirkiness.
This is a why choose, slow burn paranormal romance. Each of the MMCs are a different species, which I love because you get a little from each, the calculating vampire, the possessive wolf, the possessive demon, and the logical fae. They are all deliciously handsome and some more delicious than others🤣 there is no spice in this book, but there are promises of some smut in book 2.
This is the first book of three, and I can not wait for book 2 to come out. I'm sooooo excited to see what happens next.
ARC review Loved every minute of this book. It drew me in from the start. The FMC is smart and strong. All four of the MMCs are intriguing and I loved all their personalities and their protectiveness towards the FMC.
Just got my hands on 'Finding the Last Dhampir' by Sara Sines, thanks to @literaryinspired for organizing this ARC read! 🌙✨ I couldn't wait to dive into this urban fantasy where our heroine uncovers hidden powers and supernatural allies. It might be slow-burn reverse harem, but its fast-paced and action packed! The story flows off the page and offers equal amounts of suspense, excitement and intrigue. I'm so keen for the next installment. Who else is counting down to the May 14th release on Kindle Unlimited? #LiteraryInspiredARCs"
Had the book on my TBR list for a while. I took a chance at reading it and OMG it just drew me in from the beginning.
Slow character building as the story progresses. It's a welcome reprieve that the leading lady is in her thirties.
This is just my kind of why Choose.
Lorna is on a job to find information about a new club. Here she stumbles upon a hidden world of supernatural beings and it stirs something to life in her. Lorna’s inner monster is awakening.
I am shocked by how good this book is and by a first time author.
First my expectations for paranormal RH books are not as high as it is for fiction. This book is not even close to Stones from the River. It won't stick with me for decades, making me think about it all the time like "Stones from the River" does. But this is really good for the genre. It doesn't have any plot holes, it has solid character development and world building.
This book was a nice introduction to this world. I like it when my Why Choose novels allow us time to see the relationship between each character develop. The world that the characters inhabit is rich and filled with some unique elements. I enjoyed getting to know Nathan, Damon, Elliot and Kinred! I look forward to reading more in this series!
There wasn't really much spice and I'm ok with that since there was so much more going on and again, I'm ok with that in my WC romance. I'm forward to when there is more *rubs hands*
I read this as an ARC and really enjoyed the book! I don’t normally like vampire stories but this one was very well written, has an in-depth plot, and has a strong FMC that is trying to survive in a world that is suddenly trying to kill her.
Lorna is a contractor for a security firm and has lots of control issues. She needs everything to be in its place both physically and mentally. When her latest mission leads her to confront a part of herself that has long since been hidden, she has to choose how to handle it. Will she run away or will she face this new side head on?
This book is a really quick read! There’s suspense, some flirtations, a bit of killing & 4 hot magical beings she meets along the way.
Definitely worth the read if you like vampires / shifters / fae romance (without any spice) and strong FMCs that aren’t afraid to stand up for themselves!
What a book!!! Finding the last Dhampir draws you straight into the pages from the very beginning! Every moment of the book is absolutely spectacular! I honestly feel honoured to have been given the opportunity to get to read this as an ARC read! Thank you @literaryinspired! Following a FMC who gets pulled into a world she never thought existed.. and being found by 4 gorgeous MMC, all different supernatural creatures, who could want more 😜
If you looking for a slow burn, supernatural, reverse harem, fantasy.. Then pick this baby up, and you won’t want to put it down! Can’t wait for the second book!
5 ✨What a fantastic story and plot! It literally had me consuming the story every free moment I had! The chat are very developed and I enjoyed the different views from each character. I feel like you could add a little more depth/detail when describing them so that the reader can envision them more.
This would provide an even better experience with the characters. At first I thought I was in the mind of a psycho but I loved how the story further develops. It really brings new light on the paranormal world everyone knows and loves.
I cannot wait to read the next story! What a cliff hanger! Would definitely recommend this to readers! Thank you for allowing me to enter your world!
This is my first book by this author and will definitely not be the last. Definitely impatiently waiting for the next installment in this trilogy. I really enjoyed the characters and their personalities. The way they interact and complement each other was definitely something I really am looking forward to continuing. The world building was great and my only complaint was that it ended too soon. I’m so curious to see where this story goes next! Definitely recommend if you enjoy slow burn fantasy reads to build up their connection.
Finding the last dhampir pulled me in and made me want to keep reading more. If you love a slow burn reverse harem this one’s for you.The Characters are well developed, I really enjoyed how they’re all different super naturals.
The MMC are all alphas ( who doesn’t love an alpha ) this book did not have any spice, but the author does a fantastic job of building up, I can’t wait for the next in the series. This was a fun read, well done Sara Sines.
This book was absolutely wonderful! I was captivated from start to finish. I simply couldn’t put the book down!
I love the storyline and the characters so far and really look forward to seeing where the story goes and how the characters’ relationships develop with each other.
This is such a creative twist on supernatural beings and how their worlds all coincide with each other. I’m super excited for the release of the second and third books!
Without a doubt one of the best reads for 2024! I devoured this book! I love how Lorna is a capable, independent and confident woman and can stand her ground. The chemistry between Lorna and her (yet to be) men is superb. Each of the men having very different and complex personalities but still all the same in a different way. I cannot wait for the next edition! I can totally see this being turned into a movie!
This is my first vampire/shifter/demon/fae reverse harem. I went in kind of reserved, thinking I wasn't sure if I was going to like it. Well, let me tell you, I loved it. I read it in less than a day. I cannot wait for the next books to come out to finish Lorna's story. Warning, it ends with a cliffhanger, so be prepared.
@literaryinspired thank you for sharing this amazing book with me
I was hooked from the beginning! Slow burn, paranormal romances are my fave! I blew through this book in less than a day! I can't wait for the next one! I won't post spoilers so my review will be short but not many books get a 5 star review lately and this one was added to that list! ❤️
Absolutely wonderful. Such a diverse cast of characters. Their conversations and determination had me hooked! I need, not want but NEED to know what happens next!!
Loved the book from the start to end, I couldn't put the book down. Absolutely love the characters and can't wait for the next book. The female lead is strong and quirky and we get introduced to fae, demons, werewolves and vampires. Also the male leads are all diverse and bring a little bit of everything to the book.
Yes 100 yes I want to know who wants our little Dhampir and I am loving Daemons energy. Elliot needs to get his head together and sweet Christmas Nathan and Kendrid oh sweetness lol That cliffy was a little rough I can’t wait to read book 2
Wow, wow, wow…what a book! Once I began reading, I couldn't put it down…I just needed to know what happened. I think that Finding The Dhampir is such a good introduction to this series, leaving readers eagerly anticipating more! It is so well written, the plot is unique, and the character development is brilliant. There is no spice, and while I normally want my books spicy, I can't even complain at the lack of it here…that is how much I enjoyed this! I adored all of the MMC's and wasnthoroughly captivated by their different personalities, and I absolutely cannot wait for the next book to be released! Would certainly recommend the read.
This book is awesome.. slowburn but with all the spicy tension.. very touch her and die vibes.. perfect.. the ending killed me and I can't wait for the next one
I really enjoyed the first book in the series. I can't wait to read the next book. I would definitely recommend this book , you'll enjoy it from the beginning to the end.
I love all the different paranormal characters in this book and Lorna is a very interesting FMC. This is definitely a slow burn romance, this book the characters are just getting to know each other. I normally prefer a faster pace but this book had a pretty good plot so I didn't get bored. Now I got to go read the next book because thus one definitely left me hanging.
Didn't finish at 57% couldn't get into it. I did like how the FMC seemed to have a dissociative identity disorder. Disorders like that don't often get a spotlight in books like these.
