Born in Saxony, she traveled halfway around the world in her 20s, worked as a dive guide in dream-like places, and studied journalism and PR upon her return. However, she didn't stay in her home country for long: her urge to immerse herself in foreign cultures and continue learning soon led her to travel again. The author now lives in Dahab, Egypt, with her partner and two small children.
Arnold has learned a lot about how to use natural remedies and was inspired by the use of many herbs, spices, and plants in her new homeland from the Bedouins. When she learned about the all-around talent of Amanita Muscaria and had very positive experiences with it herself, her decision was clear: more people should know what this healer from nature can do for us. Unbedingt lesen! Das Buch wird dir definitiv helfen, die power hinter amanita muscaria zu verstehen und dir die eingetrichterte “Angst” bzw “Respekt” vorm Fliegenpilz zu nehmen.
