A short Mafia book That I enjoyed
There were some good characters In this story. It was a good storyline from a woman's point of view in my opinion. I've read other Mafia books where the bride was chosen by the leader And had no choice just as she hadn't. Throughout it all she maintained her stubbornness which I loved And it all played out as it should have.

Nice cover
Nice cover us the best thing I can say about this book. I made it to chapter seven and could only shake my head about how unrealistic and how bad I found it to be. Run from this book. Shirley

Great Romance
This was a great romance. Storyline was good and the characters were good too. The story wasn't rushed and I really enjoyed it. I'm now following this author for sure.

Es increiblemente soso y sin ningun tipo de matiz. La premisa es interesante pero los personajes no se permiten conectar entre ellos y a la vez con el lector, ya que se la pasan la mitad del libro enfrascados en pensamientos y reflexiones internas, en vez de actuar y elaborar una trama interesante.
Ella nunca hablo con él sobre el pasado, el presente o todo lo que vivio. De por si, ellos no hablan. Nadie se dirije mas de una frase de tres palabras en este libro. Él nunca mostro que hay mas alla de ser "su salvador", nunca supe cual es su desempeño en la mafia y todo lo que hay a su alrededor, y se desdibuja como complemento protagonista. Al final pareciera que de alguna forma, se leen las mentes, porque suponen que sienten algo el uno por el otro. Cero desarrollo de ambiente y de personalidad.
El final es insulso y sin ningun sobresalto. La verdad es que prometia ser una historia distinta, por el tema de la dominacion femenina, pero ni eso fue suficiente para lograr un dinamismo real a lo largo de toda la trama. Quien sabe si leere las otras dos partes.
