The museum has become a vital strategic space for negotiating ownership of and access to knowledges produced in local settings. Hard copy.
I read this as part of my coursework for my Master's in Museum Studies.
This book is a collection of articles written by museum professionals such as anthropologists, curators, professors, and more.
The language is very academic and many times I had a hard time getting through my course readings. It will be a good reference but I won't ever be reading it just for fun!
