I met Lisa at Poetry in the Park during the GR Lit Fest. She was one of the featured poets, and read “Genesis” and “Summer Morning” and I KNEW I wanted a signed copy.
I read this collection in one sitting when I got home. Brilliant, and devastating. I also really loved the poems, “Our Job” and “Like This.”
