Great to finally read this book that has been available in German for a while and now available in English, in some ways I am sure this is how the rest of the non-English speakers feel so thank you for making me think about others.
The book itself is a great foundation building of the approach to Flight Levels, it goes into far more depth than the foundation course on the site and gives lots of useful practical examples, patterns and scenarios which I appreciate.
Klaus is pragmatic and has a great sense of humour in the writing, I really enjoyed this book and am keen to learn more by taking subsequent courses. I genuinely believe that this type of approach to organisation, teams and people working together are critical for aligning strategy and teams to enable outcomes. This approach is not religious in anyway, you can adapt it to your context and the goal is really to align and have a common language around how work and strategy happen to enable value delivery.
