Knox and Amelie's journey didn't start on the normal but that's what makes them so special. I loved getting to reading more Amelie and Knox, the two were perfect together, their path was dark and steamy, they were made for each other, loved the obsession, Knox would have done anything for his little bird. Loved this and The Hunted. I'd recommend reading, Christy Anderson did a wonderful job on them, it's a great story.

A prequel to The Hunted; here we see Knox's infatuation with Raven grow as he watches her working around The Manor. The dangerous life Knox leads is brought to the forefront, as is Raven's discomfort at having placed herself in the position of high-class prostitute. A worthy introduction to an exciting book; either read this and move on to The Hunted, or like me, read it then re-read the full story.
