We are all looking at the next best thing for better health, but I think the author presents this journey throughout the chapters of her book in a way that keeps you captivated. There are stories and snippets of wisdom throughout the book that feel like you are sitting having a conversation with an old friend. The exercises at the end of each chapter are thought provoking, but they are presented in a way that is not overwhelming. I am actually looking forward to re-reading the book to continue on my own journey towards Joy!
