Kim Nash is the bestselling author of uplifting, heartwarming, romantic, feel-good fiction. She is published by Boldwood Books and has wanted to write books since she was a little girl. Until that dream comes true, she’ll continue to write second chance romances about women who live or move to the seaside on her behalf.

The Cornish Cottage by the Sea, the first in a new series, is published on 10th May and is available to pre-order.

One of her greatest writing achievements is to be nominated for the The Kindle Storyteller Award in 2020 and she was delighted when Claudia Winkleman had read her book and said it was 'Totally warm and absolutely lovely.'

She lives in Staffordshire with her son Ollie and English Setter rescue dog Roni, is Author Community Director for publisher Bookouture (a division of Hachette UK) and as an avid reader started her career in the publishing industry as a book blogger.

When she's not working or writing, Kim can be found walking her dog at Cannock Chase, reading and binge-watching TV. She's also quite partial to a spa day, lemon drizzle cake and a gin and tonic (not all at the same time!)

Kim also runs a book club in Staffordshire and organises local and national reader/author events.

BEAUTIFUL STORYTELLING

When Madison is made redundant, her world is turned upside-down, and she worries what the heck she is going to do with her future. She heads back to her childhood home - a village called Giddywell Grange, where her job search doesn't go quite according to plan. Madison's self-esteem is rock bottom, she feels unwanted and lonely, but with the help of family, friends and a little sprinkling of love, Madison is able to navigate a new life.

This is a gorgeous novel, full of well crafted characters. Madison was lovely: funny and likeable, I rooted for her throughout the story, wishing her to do well. I also loved her upbeat, sweetheart Mum and her forthright hoot of a friend: Beth.

Escape To The Country was the perfect book to read on a chilly evening. It's cosy, uplifting and heartwarming. A truly lovely joyful read, which I would thoroughly recommend.
