Well this is exactly what it says. A collection of interviews from the early days of the magazine. It's been thought about obviously, as before each segment there's a little bit about each interview giving either a time frame to give an idea when the interview, or some back ground, for the John Evan band interviews, the precursor to Tull. There's three very long interviews included, one with Doane Perry, and two with Ian Anderson, which are well presented and thought out. The interviews them selves don't tend to go into the minutiae of Tull so there's plenty there for even the casual fan to pick up.

My only quibble with this, is that for some unknown reason, the book has been split in half. Whereas with the paperback you get the full roughly 300+ pages, with the kindle edition you get two books split in half, with each book costing roughly half the price of the paperback. So to get the same content on the kindle, you'll end up paying the same price as the paperback.
