My best friend thinks she’s doing me a favor when she places a bid on a spend-a-day with a cowboy auction for my birthday. She knows it’s for a good cause that’s close to my heart and who doesn’t want to spend the day with a hot cowboy? It’s a great plan except for one tiny problem – the cowboy she bid on is my ex-boyfriend from high school. When my bid wins the auction I try to come up with an excuse to just give the money and skip my day with the sexy cowboy, but no one will accept that I’m suddenly moving to Portugal. So, for the sake of the horses, I guess I'm going to saddle up.

Working on a ranch is all I ever wanted to do and she deserved someone who wanted more. Our break-up was mutual and we’re friendly in town, but seeing her name as the winner of the spend-a-day with a cowboy still surprises me. Then I hear she’s telling some crazy story about moving to Portugal to try and get out of spending time with me. She always was a bit wild, it was one of the things that drew me to her. I’m going to get to the bottom of this and if I get to spend the day with the woman I’ve never gotten over…it’s for the horses, right?

Sweet cowboy romance, you start the book with Georgia going out with her group of girls. Everyone is celebrating her birthday, her best friend tells her by the end of the night that she did something for her birthday and she might not like it. She bid on an auction to spend time with a cowboy, she just has to tell her that it’s with the boy that broke her heart years before. This novella you get to see them fight their feelings for different reasons. See how both of their families try to get them to realize they are meant to be. The supporting characters talks with the main characters are awesome. If you are looking for a quick, sweet cowboy kinda love, then you need to read this.

He's dangerous to her panties and her heart -

..but Georgia can just ignore Boone....forever.... can't she?
Georgia is just the right amount of crazy and I love that Boone accepts his Wildflower and her wild and crazy ways as completely normal. However, he is not perfect, he may love her heart and soul, but I don't like him when he makes "stupid Cowboy" decisions and unfortunately he has more than one "stupid" moment.

This a fast paced second chance romance. Georgia and Boone dated in high school. Boone broke up with Georgia before college believing she deserved someone better than a cowboy. This book had some cute parts in it. The attraction between Boone and Georgia was still there even after 12 years of being apart. This book has me rooting for Georgia and Boone.

Georgia and Boone went out before they graduated, then she was off to college and he, thinking he's being unselfish, breaks up with her. Men! They've managed to not talk to each other much since she came home, but really shes still got feelings for him, but tries to hide it, and he thinks about her a lot.
Can they make a go of it? If they just believe in their feelings.

This is a fast paced second chance story for Georgia and Boone. I liked Georgia's free spirit - her and Boone have major chemistry after being apart for 12 years. Fun quick read.
