Okay so this one is definitely my favorite of the 3 books in this series!!
I loved how effortlessly everything flowed in this book! All loose ends were tied up! I loved how we got to see the brothers expand their empire & grow into family men!
Kai & Sasha were just too cute! He’s so crazy but super sweet & soft with her 🥰
Kairo was really pushing it with Nicole 😭 those two definitely kept me on my toes not knowing how far things were gonna go!
Brooklyn shocked me but I lowkey knew she had it in her 😭 she did what needed to be done & I’m surprised she didn’t do it sooner 😂
I loved this series! Definitely still be getting into more from this author!
Ya know, I hate when authors write the FMC as fools. Brooklyn is my least favorite FMC I’ve ever encountered. That girls doesn’t stop lying and scheming.
Didn’t she say in book one that she was licensed to carry and went to the range several times a month? But in this book you would think she’s never used a gun before. She didn’t want to get one and Kairo had to make her go to the range weekly.
Her hiding that she’s taking BC like she hid that pregnancy????? NASTY WORK. Then to get mad at him when you had that man thinking yall were working on baby 2 is crazy.
Then her being half was through he pregnancy and thinking she can take on a FBI agent solo???
BABY SIT DOWN!
It was consistently one dumb mistake after another. Imagine thinking you’re a killer because your BD is and letting the fact that you’re being watched send you into such a spiral that you go and waddle you and that baby somewhere to kill some ppl. If you don’t tell that man what the issue is and SAT down somewhere!
Kairo and Kai McCoy are two brothers whose bad side no one wants to be on! If Kai doesn't pop off and put a bullet, or two in your dome, Kairo would have meticulously plotted your downfall that there was no way you would ever come out smelling like a rose! And please, do not do anything to cause Sasha or Brooklyn any stress, strife or harm. That will result in your immediate demise! There was never anything for Kairo and Kai to prove. The love was evident!
I loved these brothers they were the calmest unhinged, savages read. Kai was a real terror when it came to his family. Kario was that man that everyone needed in his corner a true delinquent business man. Now those female I wasn’t to fond of, if childless was a real name that would be Brooklyn and if petty was a person she would be Sasha. Belonging to that type of man you should be there to provided peace they were causing more problems than the other opps in the story.
Great ending to this series. All of the McCoy brother's enemies got exactly what they deserved. Brooklyn made me upset with her a few times, but I understood her. Sasha and Kai's relationship was so cute. He didn't play about his wife and curved every female that came his way. Kairo was calculated in his plot for revenge. I applauded him because that was exactly what needed to happen. I'm glad everyone got their happy ending even though it came with some bumps in the road.
The issues between Kairo and Brooklyn were realistic and made me want to go really see how they got through. Kai and Sasha were everything I love how much they didn’t play about each other. Regardless of who the person was they put each other first. I cannot explain what was mature about this book but there was elements that I felt were relatable
Foremost, I enjoyed Kai’s characterization & his expressed commitment, relationship & devotion for Sasha more than Kairo & Brooklyn. …Kairo was a type “A” with dominant tendencies alpha male. Unfortunately, for Brooklyn endearing effective communication skills wasn’t his strength. However, “chicken”, “Russian roulette” & or “Chess” (games of strategy) he’s a mastermind. Ask🫣💭 …😬🤭ooh 🥴🤷🏾♀️‼️Don’t hate the player, hate the game‼️Nonetheless, “If I Have To Prove My Love (The McCoy Crime Family Saga) - Book 3” was an exhilarating read. Checkmate‼️
And it all falls down. Them brothers were really smart and some real killers. They had some real gangsters backing them. I'm glad it is all over. I wonder if them kids gonna grow up to run the company.
I enjoy the journey with these couples And all the craziness that went with it. Kudos to the author you did an amazing job And I'll be checking out your other bodies of work.
There were so many people out to get my favorite couples in this book. Kairo and Kai was ready, Sasha stayed down, and Brooklyn had to grow some. I liked this series a lot.
