Very good book.

This book is a great guide to beating insomnia. There's a lot of great advice here, plus there are 17 short boring bedtime stories at the very end! Great resource for your journey to better sleep. I highly recommend it!!

Interesting entertaining book all about sleep and how to achieve the best possible one every night. Love how the author takes the whole thing on explaining what is really happening with the rhythms in our body, what sets them off so they don't right anymore. Between drugs we take, exercises we do, diet and so much more it takes more effort to get it just right. CBT section I found interesting and got to understand it a little bit better after reading all about it and how it works.
Love all the suggestions to try that I had not heard about prior to reading this book.
The section on what foods to avoid and what time of the night are very helpful. There is also a list of what food that is acceptable that will help you sleep better and longer is also available.
Great book to keep handy.
Lots of references listed throughout the book and they are explained in further detail at the end of the book.

Hello Sleep



I went into this story open minded because I have trouble sleeping at night and wake up all through the night. Here's some of the things that stood out. I like the breakdowns of insomnia so you better understand which one you are. I also like that it gives you step by step suggestions for fixing your sleep schedule and how to work around irregular work schedules. And routines before bedtime like so and so hours before sleep try this. The 4-7-8 Technique helps with anxiety as well. Not everytime but it does help. The workbook at the end with the SLEEP SUPPLEMENT GUIDE helped alot. I like that it gives you the breakdown of Pros and Cons. I recommend reading this informative book to help you better understand insomnia.

Amazing Sleep Guidance

This book offers amazing sleep guidance. I really appreciate that cognitive behavioral therapy techniques are shared, I find CBT to be very helpful. The parts of the books that discusses supplements is really thorough, helpful and I was easily able to understand the information that was shared. This book shares a wide variety of helpful techniques and information to restore your healthy sleep patterns.

Interesting read

This book is well written and easy to understand. It tells you why sleep is important and how much sleep you should get. It then gives you 7 steps to follow so you can get a great nights sleep as well as many activities to point out where your issues are so you can rectify them. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to get a good nights slerp.

Useful

This will be useful for my husband who has a very hard time sleeping at night.
We have tried everything and nothing seemed to work. I read through this book with him and he is interested in trying out the techniques.

good nights sleep

This is a great book if you or your family member has insomnia. This book tells you there are different types of insomnia so you can start working to fix it. This book will help you know what direction you need to take to start sleeping better.

This was an amazing read. It has given some really good tips and tricks to help people sleep better. I for sure will be using this book to sleep better.

Tips for better sleep

Get better sleep with this helpful book. There's advice that makes one aware of mistakes we make before bed and how we can correct those habits.
