Seasoned basketball wife Jasmine Grey has an itch. An itch left unscratched by husband, former NBA great Russell Grey's lack of sexual prowess in the bedroom and an even smaller endowment in the trousers. With a bitter divorce pending that plays out on TMZ repeatedly, Jasmine can’t wait for it all to end. To run with his millions, live on the wild side and get her groove back, much like Stella. But the sweet nectar of the young lad's candy stick may prove to be too much for Jasmine and her lust for Cougar's Candy.
There were a few errors in book. Jasmine was crazy and too much! She went about everything the wrong way. Russell should've listened to his mom. Just because you take a person out of the hood doesn't mean you can take the hood out of them. After getting married Jasmine showed her true colors. His size wasn't a problem as long as she could spend the money. I swear she was too mean towards Passion! Russell warned her about greed and getting caught up in a spider web. Ooohhh payback was too real! As much as she complained about Russell being itty bitty she showed she really wasn't a match for what Mason was offering! If only she would've appreciated what she already had. By being greedy Jasmine ended up losing not only her marriage but her freedom as well. That's what she gets for not asking questions, being too fast and not wanting an itty bitty man.
I was really expecting more from this book especially from all of the 5* reviews. Although I have enjoyed the work of both authors in the past, this book was not up to par. There were times when I had to reread sentences and paragraphs because of issues with the editing. While some scenes were enjoyable, others were not. I also did not know that it was a short story so I was caught off guard when it ended at 35%. If the story was a bit more developed, didn't jump from place to place, and has better editing...it could have potentially been a better read
Both of these stories was good. I kinda of liked the first one better. Jasmine was being real nasty to her niece Passion. She used her to do everything around the house just for her to have a place to stay. Russell seemed to be a real good man. At the end I loved how they paid her back.
Omg.....this was a GREAT short story. "It was greed that forces one to eat on a full stomach and enters the web of a spider. I am that spider and I just spun my web."..........loved it and so true. Treasure Blue and Traci Bee you never disappoint me.....5*
This was an excellent read. I truly enjoyed it! This book let's you know that karma is a bitch! The ending was the best part although the whole book was excellent. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone
First of all I would like to say how much I really enjoy treasure blue's books however... This book jumped from 1999 to 2013 and ther was no lead up to it so that's why it's getting my one star rating better luck next time!
