The Sleeping Dragons series turns up the heat with a virgin sacrifice!
Imagine my surprise when I discovered that this book was even hotter than the first! I didn't think such a thing was possible, but there you go. There's no sophomore slump for this series, people. Just some unapologetic off-the-scales sexy-times filled with fun and adventure and motherfucking prehensile forked Dragon tongues!

December 29, 2015This is the second in the Sleeping Dragon series. I had read and enjoyed the first part awhile ago, but wasn't prepared to hang around for each part as I'm quite anti series. Yet, here I am, back on the second one and totally enjoying this. The first part, Animus, sees archaeologists find a dragon temple and leader Erika, and Eben translate information that leads to awakening two dragons, sexually, of course, and erotic scenes ensued including inter species sex, (spoiler alert if read on) here we have Camille, another of the archaeologist group, and Virgin, who voluntarily sacrifices her virginity to another stone dragon as she observes Erika and Eben in their sexually erotic situations...again the eroticism is deliciously arousing. And the next story is that of twin dragons...Gemini, can't wait but will have to...till my next reading challenge fits this bill.
I loved the quote 'I want to bury my cock inside you so deep, I touch your soul!' Mmmmmm...and so this well written dragon story goes up in my estimation and this I give 4 stars.

Since I liked the first book in this series very much I was happy to be able to read the second part too.
And it is a great and hot one too.
I like the way a virgin is getting so horny she takes her own virginity on a statute, which turns into a dragon.
But what happens next makes her black out, but she has to let the dragon finish, otherwise he will be turned back to sleep again. She gets help from the man she admires and which has hot feelings for her too.
Looking forward to read part three of this series

I was wondering in the first book what would happen if you found the man to make your dreams come true, well now I ask what if you found him plus one????
Camille has always been in love with Eben and when she is finally takes steps to give him her virginity, she finds that he is once again pleasuring another, so she figures this erotic scene of the man of her dreams can only lead her to awaken another. The story had its hot parts, well, I guess pretty much all of the story was about somebody going at it. But like the first one, there were just some things that were so silly that I had to laugh. It's obvious that this series is going more for the heat than an actual story because the dialog is so cheesy and nothing actually really happens except sex. Which is all well and good, but I guess I like to have at least a little actual story.
It's Camille's turn this time around to wake up a dragon. She chooses a guardian, which I wonder if that's important or not. It's supposed to be real important that she's still a virgin, but I'm not sure why as it doesn't seem that anything different happened. She kind of messes up the whole thing though when she passes out on her dragon before the ritual can be completed. But somehow that's what gets her to find out that Eben has loved her since he first saw her. Uh huh. Riiiiiight. And because of this beautiful relationship between the two of them (can you detect the sarcasm here?), Eben's dragon lady gives him to Camille's guardian. And the guy feels super blessed to get the pair. And it ends with another door being open and the next phase beginning.
I don't see me reading any more of this series unless I can also get them for free like I got these first two. While I have found these first two to be entertaining and to have an interesting back story, there are other full books I would rather spend my money on.

Most times the first book is liked more, than the second. Where I liked and enjoyed the first book Animus, this second just rocked for me. I love dragons and loved the story line.
For Camille it seems everyone is getting there freak-on but her. She finds herself in a quandry when she seed Eben during the day time. Camille tries to get up enough courage to speak to him, but all comes out is a muttered squeak. Her night though are filled with dreams of the sexy hot Eben, doing wonderous things to her inexperienced body.
in her dream it changed a little and she had heard a strange voice. Telling her what she must do.
A short quick read, if you love dragons and menage you will love this. Some detail for me just enough maybe more as far as filling out the characters personality? Its hard to do that in a short read. But read the first one it will give you a better sense of their story and personalities.

The main ingredient in this book is sex, sex held together by a brief story about a dragon temple and dragon statues which need sex to awaken. That's it really, not much else to say except that Camille is a virgin and she gives her virginity to a dragon statue, oh and the guy, this is a real guy as in flesh and blood, anyway the guy she likes confides that while he's been having sex with someone else he was actually picturing Camille's face, and Camille seems pleased by this!!!
This book's free and if you like loads of sex and aren't particularly bothered about much story then this could well be the book for you but I like sex to complement the story not replace it so it wasn't great for me.

Band 2 hatte mich gleich wieder im Bann, ich war sofort in der Handlung wieder drinnen und habe mich daher auch super zurecht gefunden. Ich fand es bist schade, dass das Mythische in diesen Teil kürzer gekommen ist, wie im ersten Band.
Allerdings waren die heißen, leidenschaftlichen Szenen genial geschrieben. Generell waren die Konversationen wirklich toll geschrieben und haben einfach toll gepasst. Ich fand die heißen Szenen genau richtig und nicht übertrieben oder ähnliches. War genau so wie ich es aus dem ersten Teil kennengelernt habe.
Die Entwicklung der Handlung hat mir gut gefallen, sowie die Auflösung gewisser Punkte die aus dem ersten Teil mitgekommen sind. Ich freue mich schon sehr auf den dritten Teil und bin gespannt was mich da erwarten wird.

I liked this wicked dragon because he was a total surprise, I mean he gets awoken by Camille’s self pleasures but when she passes out the ritual isn’t complete and our poor dragon is left sad and unfulfilled.

Oh virgin Camille…what did you get yourself into? This installment in this series was much better than the 1st installment. This is #2 of 6. The dragon sex magic is strong even in Camille’s dreams. She wants Eben who has a casual thing with Erica. While watching them with their dragon counterparts gets her revived up. She’s gotta sacrifice her virginity to a dragon statue to wake him up. Then she passes out and then when she wakes up we find she passed out before the dragon could finish to complete the ritual. The dragon takes her to Eben who gets jealous and has a standoff with the dragon until she wakes up and has a few moments. We find out she is a naughty virgin and we get a ménage. 🔥🔥🔥🌶️🌶️🌶️

I guess the main point of all these books is you have to remember they are fantasy. So seeing the love of your life have sex with someone else may not be something you can handle, but when you have lived for hundreds of years, that seems to be the dragons take on it. And for Camille and Eben (human and dragon) that seems to be okay for them. In this day and age, it seems to be okay for a lot of people. --> off soapbox now.

If you are looking for a read that is more spice than anything else, this is the omnibus for you. It follows a group of explorers searching for the lost temple of the dragons. Each book follows the story of each explorer and the dragon they encounter. The omnibus is a fun, short read but don’t expect too much of a build up or deep dive into each character. Although I enjoyed the books, the ending was a bit flat and felt it just ended.

Delightfully hot..
And very well written. I will be reading this again as I suspect I missed some details. Camille was delightfully open to experimenting and I really liked Roka. You could feel his honor when he first became aware and carried Camille into the chamber.

Super short but progresses the story!

These books are super short and I feel like they should have just been released as one book. It's like you're reading a couple chapters of a larger work, which is a pain in the rear. Also, it is about 99% smut, which I am completely here for.
