I don't know how effective the 6 week diet plan is (as I personally have no desire to do a primarily liquid diet unless I'm in traction or something equally as debilitating), but I found a lot of the other info very informative. I probably won't be blending cooked beans into my NutriBullet "extractions" but I am inspired to eat more raw fruits and veggies.
Despite being a book on how to use your NutriBullet, this is a really good book to help understand different types of diseases and foods that will help. Also has very good explanations of how our bodies function.
This is one of my favorite books. It explains fruits and vegetables and which ones are good with healing a certain ailment. It also breaks down scary statistics of American's malnutrition/overweight epidemic.
Really interesting read. Learning about the biggest health risks and concerns regarding the American population (with statistics). Doesn't apply to me as I am a New Zealander but interesting none the less. Detailed descriptions on the different types of fruit, veggies, nuts and other booster superfoods that can aid in improving your health and well being.
Includes a 6 week challenge and plan, as well as many different juicing/ smoothie recipes. Easy to read and follow. I picked up some tips I wasn't previously aware of. A great book to have if you are looking to be a better/ healthier version of you.
