An interesting little tale, but one with no beginning or end. It seems like more of an excerpt from another book than a full tale of its own. While the story is incomplete, what is there is classic John Carter adventure.

Overall, not a full story and, while what was there was good, not highly recommended. I may go looking for the rest of this story at some point.

3.5 🤷‍♀️ it was alright for a short story. I love John Carter but he drives me insane missing obvious things when he is so smart the rest of the time
