I admit I skipped quite a bit of this book, only reading the sections I thought might be helpful or applied to me personally. I did that mostly because the book was poorly proof-read (which is a BIG pet-peeve of mine), the author did a lot of product placement/promotion of merchandise available on his website, and lastly, because the book only covers walking at a strolling pace. I am not interested in walking at such a leisurely pace; I need more!
