I thoroughly enjoyed the story in the beginning and couldn't wait for it to pick up and continue.
However, I was disappointed by too much relationship drama, power trips and a very long wait until the bad person was caught. It felt like the story took a turn in a different direction for 40 episodes, which did not make me want to continue.
The art is amazing though and I do love the lead couple - didn't really care for the second couple after a while.
Lovely artwork. I enjoyed this story at the beginning, but as it went on the plot became needlessly complicated. However the last episode was wonderful.
This is the first Manhwa I read in 2024 that I keep on re-reading it <3. It's just that good and makes my tears burst lol. The eternal love between two souls from the spirit realm that keeps entwining as they return to the human world. It's a thrilling and exciting love story for me. Almost I feel it's so real it's crazy that my head sometimes thinks there could be a true story like this out there? lol. Only that the art drawing is changing after 20 chapters. The more story goes, the more it gets serious, and so does the art style. I feel like the art at the beginning feels more in tune to the story although so many comedy is being put on a show. Moreover, the art on the male character, VP Jian Nam kinda changed, and so does his personality (or maybe because he doesn't remember what happened in the spirit realm. Maybe his logic and ego are at play). The art on the female looks the same though. Overall, this is one of my favorite manhwas! <3
Take me, I'm yours took gave me that feeling of just loving romance stories and rooting for the characters not knowing what's going to happen. It took me to my beginnings as a webtoon reader because it reminded me of Freaking romance.
This was so cute, I was scrolling down webtoon trying to find completed ones and I stumbled upon this one that I had apparently left after episode 3, I do not why my past self-did that because this was incredible. I loved the banter between the characters and their dynamic going from I do not believe you're a ghost who I loved in the spirit realm to I'm gonna miss you when you're gone.
This webtoon's take on the memory loss trop was like no other I've read, it was painful to read but so hooking I ended up reading the whole webtoon in one night.
This webtoon is perfect for lovers of There must be happy endings and Freaking Romance.
PROS: ◇Beautiful Art ◇Interesting Plot ◇Cute Couples ◇The ending
CONS: ◇Was a little confused about one part of the plot. Just felt like "what was the point." Was a little lost there. It could be something lost in translation. ◇Parts of the story dragged in the middle a little.
Overall, this was a wonderful debut, and it was a fun read 📚
Content Warning ⚠️ **Everything PG13 rated ** ○Some language (it was beeped out) ○Murder ○Attempt of assult ○Harrasment ○Fade to black romance scenes
It's crazy how beautiful the art is! The webtoon ends on a cliffhanger and I'm excited to read how it pans out! It's genuinely a very unique story. Definitely different than your usual chaebol love stories.
