This was a quick read about the Reaper, Keeper and the Awakener. Soul Eaters are about and they need to find out why and maybe who?
Ashton is the Awakener and does her duties with her guardian the Keeper. But with more Soul Eaters about they may need help. And that comes from the Reaper Blade and Ashton past love.
These two did not have a great reunion, he needs to explain to her but she won't listen. Broken heart isn't easy to forgive. The chemistry between them was sweet. Even though I felt bad for Ashton for how they broke up, I still felt for Blade trying to explain.
Fun read with fun characters.
