Wow if you're looking for action-packed romance this is the book!!
This book literally starts off with a bang and keeps you on the edge of your seat. I mean the author takes you on a wild ride in this last book of the series. Hands down my favorite.
Nova and Carter have some serious obstacles to overcome to find that HEA in this one. These two are thrown together so if you love forced proximity, action, spice, and nail-biting scenes then you will absolutely love these two together. This book has just about everything you want in a romantic suspense thriller.
I loved that you got to see the old gang of Locke Security again but this definitely made it a bittersweet read. If you have already read the prior books I would highly suggest you do since they do have overlapping characters in each book. The author did an amazing job weaving this highly descriptive story to life leaving you with on amazing ending!
Highly recommend this for anyone wanting something with an action-packed romance that keeps you glued till the end.

Edge of Your Seat Suspense, Action-Packed Romance!!!
Nova, a Librarian, witnesses a murder..makes an escape and BOY does the intrigue and story plot takes OFF literally guns blazing!! Carter, from Locked Security, is tasked with her protection duty. Between the intense chemistry, action and drama unfolding, bad guys trying to kill them, Nova being forced in proximity with an Alpha hot protector, a total stranger...I don't want to give out more details...but I was so entrapped by their story...I literally...was GLUED to my tablet till I was finished!! This story flowed so well and loved catching up with the guys!!

'Cadence' was thrilling. The captivating plot, which began with lots of action, was filled with more action, evil men, a moose, bits of levity, cold and rainy weather, a dishonest and murderous sheriff, more evil men from the sheriff's entourage, a budding relationship, and love. Carter and Nova, the protagonists, worked very hard to try to achieve their HEA.
Additionally, I liked the author's vivid descriptions which created a lively tone. Overall, I liked the riveting narrative.

This was really great, easy to read and fast moving.
When Librarian Nova and her bodyguard Carter take off away from trouble, their plane crashes. But that's not all as trouble seems to be hunting them.
The action and suspense don't seem to let up in this story about two people with insecurities but definitely made for each other. Their connection shines through and certainly makes the story.
Very well done and very much a story I can recommend. Senna Kincaid is a new to me author but omg I'll be looking for more of her books. So good!!!

Illegal activity blended with a game of cat and mouse between good and bad factions made this an entertaining read. I enjoyed seeing familiar characters from Locked Security resurface and work together – this time with Carter as a key player in the plot. Descriptions of the situation along with pursuit and evasion were so real it seem like I was right there experiencing the story. For me, the suspense, action and touch of romance all contributed to a satisfying HEA.

It started with a lot of action. Carter was really competent even in very bad situations. She was a wimp, but at least not a hysterical one and during the book she grew into a tough girl. The story was interesting and full of action, I liked it. It was also nice to read about some known characters. All in all a nice story with an unexpected and unusual villain.

What starts off as job for Carter, turns into so much more. Nova was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and now she’s in world of trouble.
This story was non stop action, danger and suspense from the get go. I turned page after page needing to know what happens next. So exciting to read.
