I’m kicking myself for being so trusting, but that trust led me to a whole new realm—a world I never knew existed.

Now that I know what I truly am, I must learn to control my powers so I can return to my life as a supernatural healer. Thankfully, I have an interesting, if unusual, instructor to help me along the way.

But focusing on my lessons proves challenging when a certain werewolf refuses to give me up.

Now, with Logan wanting to claim me while I’m struggling to learn how to exist in the supernatural community, my life grows increasingly chaotic.

But that’s nothing compared to what’s coming.

Little do I know, a threat looms over the entire community, and I’m destined to play a huge role in the war to come.

This series is SO good! It's not even over yet and I'm already hoping for a few spin-off novels/series for Logan's packmates! I love the world the author created and how, with each novel, it becomes more and more intricate. This is what I want to see more of in paranormal romance novels.

Daria got better in this novel. She slowly grew into her powers and has proven to be capable of so much good and destruction (in the best way). She's not as gullible but she's still eating herself up inside due to the brainwashing her mother did on her telling her to dedicate her life to healing other people. Daria can tell destiny to go where the sun doesn't shine for all I care about destiny.

Logan showed a lot of who he is in this novel both in good and bad ways. The big secret he was hiding was what I predicted it would be. I'm glad Daria finally heard him out. I may not be happy with the situation but I'm glad they were able to talk about it. The next book will be dealing with that situation head-on, so I'm excited about what's to come next.

The big fight was not what I was expecting to happen. It still proved itself to be amazing and heartbreaking all at the same time. I really enjoyed the part Daniel played in this story and I hope to see him in future novels and spin-offs of this series. The ending was bittersweet because even though it was the end to a problem it was also the start of another possibly just as big problem. I'm so hyped for the next book!

My Favorite Quotes:

"You've ensnared his heart. Women have great power over men when that happens."

"It just wouldn't be home if something didn't try to kill us the second we arrived. "

"[...] Even I knew that sometimes wishes didn't come true [...]."

"A war is coming. A war between the dark and the light. Take care. Dangerous times are ahead."

4.5 stars!

I don't know what it is about this series that has me so hooked, but I immediately jumped from book 2 into this one because I'm so obsessed with Daria and Logan's story. Book 3 picked up where book 2 left off, which I appreciated as we finally are finally getting answers about Daria's powers! I loved all of the added drama and angst in this novel, and I feel like Daria is finally gaining some confidence in herself and her powers. Daniel was great comic relief, and I definitely have some opinions on Daria's lineage. Now on to book 4!!

Tropes: found family, virgin heroine, possessive hero, unexplained powers, special snowflake heroine, OW drama, forbidden love

My Logan, the possessive werewolf who would still do anything to protect Daria...

It's an okay mindless ride. I keep forgetting that she's in her twenties. This reads exactly like the most stereotypical ya book. She's constantly falling and having to be caught by a well placed werewolf, or literally walking into people. Talking about her "boobs" and "that dude" all the time. She's also Super Special and Super Beautiful and doesn't know it.

As this series goes on it just gets better and better and I just cannot put it down! Carrying on from book two this is full of action, battles, suspense, friendship and so much more! With angels, demons, dragons and other paranormal beings and a kick ass heroine who continues to grow and some hot and sexy scenes you will not be able to put this down!

Dragons in Fire is a fast-paced, emotional ride through the supernatural world, with a strong heroine discovering her powers and purpose. Krista Street blends romance, danger, and magic effortlessly, especially with Logan—the charming werewolf who keeps her on her toes. It’s a great pick for fans of urban fantasy and shifter stories.

Good read

I am very much enjoying this series, it's great seeing how much Daria has grown and developed as she learnt how to manage her powers properly. Also, hot romance with a werewolf, wow!

In the third installment of this series, Daria must learn to control her new powers while making a decision about the future of her relationship with Logan.

This story was definitely the most exciting of the three. There was plenty of action with intense battle scenes, new friendships, suspense, and heartwarming moments. I think Daria is finally gaining more confidence in herself and abilities and because of it, she’s become a much stronger and, in my opinion, more likable character.

I really think Daniel added a lot to the story, and I hope we see more of him in the coming book. Getting to learn more about the different realms was a highlight of the novel for me.

The only issue I had was the resolution of the disagreement between Logan and Daria. To avoid spoilers, I won’t go into much detail, but I just feel they reconciled without anything really changing. Daria was so upset but despite no true resolution, she decided to just get over it. It will be interesting to see how their relationship progresses in the next book, as I feel like their issues are coming to a head.

Overall, this was definitely my favorite book of the series. I don’t think the ending was quite as exciting as the previous book, but I am definitely looking forward to seeing what happens next.

*I received an ARC of this novel. This is my complete and honest review.*

Ok so this one was better then the last one. I’m still not a huge fan of Daria though. Something about her just doesn’t sit well with me. I don’t know if it’s the constant crying, the constant doubt or herself, running away from her problems…. What she does is strong and powerful. I mean she’s a freaking angel and can abolish evil. Yet her personality is weak. It’s a hard contradiction to swallow. Add to that she’s always relying on someone else to be her strength. First Logan, then Daniel. She uses them as a crutch. Well who’s there for Logan when he really needs it. When he’s trying to figure his life out? Logan is still there. Still trying to fight to be with her while she just gives up. A couple of times. He’s the exact opposite of her. And in his need she’s wallowing. Lamenting over how they can’t be together.

Angels and dragons and demons oh my!!!!

This series just continues to get better and better with each book. If you've not read the others in this series then run, don't walk to read them! Otherwise you'll be totally lost regarding characters and storyline!

We pick up right where the last book ended, with Daria surprisingly thrust through a portal into the realm of lost angels. Probably the BEST mistake ever as she FINALLY learns that she's NOT a witch she'd believed herself to be ! In fact she's half Angel?!?! It's her angelic half that are making her power act up. What she never knew was the dark was always within her blood as angels constantly have the light and dark power working together within them! Looks like she's going to learn a lot about herself and her powers. The trouble truly begins when she and Daniel, her Angel mentor land back on earth. Whereas she'd thought it had been hours since she'd vanished, apparently time moves far differently in the lost Angel realm meaning it had been a week!!

In true fashion there's tons of action in this book, and major revelations. Both for Dar to find out how strong she truly is, and to learn to believe in herself. Who is really behind the rogue wolf attacks, and the more recent attacks against the SF? Can Dar learn what truly happened to her family all those years ago, and who her angelic ancestor is/was? There's also a few mysterious threads that are unanswered just yet, but I'm guessing will end up being important. Dar is finally coming into her own and truly blossoming into an amazing little warrior. Here's hoping she and Logan can make it through these hurdles that keep blocking them. I look forward to seeing their journey!!! Grab hold because this ride has just started, and I'm thinking there are some insane bumps coming soon!

3.5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Woahhhh 🤯 This installment in the Supernatural Community series was full of so much of the romantic push/pull tension, surprise discoveries, and lots of magic (or angel power as Daria likes to call it)🪄

The cliffhanger from the second installment in this series really hyped me up for this book, which kept me completely obsessed with Daria and Logan’s fate as a couple 👩‍❤️‍👨 After the revelation that Logan was engaged to Crystal, things went haywire for our darling FMC. Yet, that crazy revelation is what brought our girl to find Daniel, and finally have the opportunity to master her power 😇 PLUS, UMMMMMM DARIA HAS WINGS?🪽

Seeing Logan jealous of Daniel, watching Daria grow in her powers, and FINALLY getting some of that much needed spice was so incredibly satisfying 🔥🌶️ The end of this book, complete with a battle between the SF and Stephan Price left we wondering what the fourth book will bring 🧐 Perhaps this is why I’m feeling the 3.5/5 instead of a full 4/5, but I’m really hoping that Krista Street has something up her sleeve for the final installment, “Angel in Embers” in the Supernatural Community series. Guess I have to go find out…😏

Book: Dragons in Fire
Series: Supernatural Community #3
Fantasy/Paranormal Romance
Tropes: Mates, Touch her and Die, High Stakes
Spice: 🌶️🌶️
POV: Single MFC

Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫
I loved seeing Daria come into her half Angel form. She is seriously such a good a true character. Watching her fix her mistakes and judgments on Logan and have an adult conversation was so wonderful to see.

I throughly enjoyed Daniel and Xanthia. I thought they both provided a lot of comic relief throughout the book, and their encounter together with Daria made for some awesome adventure/fight scenes. It was truly marvelous to see Daria come into her full power and regain being able to touch people. I knew it would happen but I wasn’t sure when.

Always leave it to a book to deliver the spicey scene followed by it ruined by impending doom… aka the big fight scene. That made me a bit sad.
I’m eager to see what happens with Logan and Daria in book 4.

Cliffhanger
Series, must read in order
Paranormal
Single PoV from mfc

*over 18 readers only*

Trigger warning
Battle scenes
Demons / Angels
Vampires

Logan (mmc)
Daria (mfc, healer)

After fleeing Crystal and learning that she is an angel, Daria must learn to harness her new power. But war is coming for them, and not everyone will survive. Her powers continue to grow stronger, but will it be enough? Can Logan figure out what to do about Crystal? Or will everyone leave Daria?

Well written, should have looked at the whole series before downloading the first. Otherwise, I wouldn't have read it. I don't like series books where you have to have the whole series for one couple. But that's just my personal preference.

wow wow wow!!!

This book is AMAZING!!!! Daria is finally learning who and what she is. Logan is finally understanding what it will cost him to keep her. And the battles and epic scenes are AWESOME! This little series has become a must have for me! The world building and the mysteries of the bigger plot themes all adding up to the little small intricate plots of the characters has made this a page turner! It’s not just Daria and Logan, but it’s all the characters around them. Even the bad guys have got my attention. And now I can’t wait to see what happens in the final installment!!!

There were times in this one I wanted yo scream at the MFC, but it was nice to see her having a slight character development. Daria grew into her powers, but I'm still waiting for her to grow more into herself and stop accepting other's people sh*t.
Logan was the same one as always, it annoyed me he just doesn't straight up tells Daria that he will figure out a way to sent Crystal to hell.
I think we all can agree the star of the show here was Daniel, who reminded me a lot of the character Castiel from the tv show Supernatural.
I hope we get to see a more mature Daria in the next book.

Ok, I'm tapping out. Even though the last book is less than 300 pages,
{I. simply. cannot. do. it. anymore.}

I'm not in the habit of writing bad reviews and I always try to find some good in every book I read. DNF is a bad word to me. But this was rough. I think for me, I'd like to have seen this been a trilogy or duology and combined the books and then added some more depth to them.

There were several places where I read something and then within 100 words, I was reading the same sentences again, just worded differently. I literally had to go "wait, didn't I just read this paragraph" and go back to find that nope, was just reading a copy paste practically.

Example: Daniel says "Did you not feel the power flowing inside you when that demon advanced? Look at your skin, young angel. Your powers are right there, waiting for you to tap into them. Trust yourself. Follow your instincts." AND THEN LITERALLY A SHORT PARAGRAPH FOLLOWED BY "Daniel tipped his head in approval. 'You're strong, young angel. Much stronger than you think. Trust your instincts. Let them guide you."

WTF -- It was the same interaction between them. But on repeat. It just felt like I was reading it on repeat thru out the whole book.

And let's talk about how all over the place we were -- angels, psychics, dragons, demons, minions, half blooded demons, sorcerers, werewolfs, fairies, vampires -- alot of new concepts and characters to mix in with existing. So many new concepts added to a short book. Again, should've been less books and more depth.

I wish I could say that I was staying for the smut and the love plot line/twist but even that sizzled out for me in this book. Super disappointed and definitely a DNF for the series and putting this author on hold for my TBR list.

Great third book in the series! This book picked up the story where the second book left off. I was pleased that Dar held the line and didn't forgive and forget what Logan did in the previous book the moment they were reunited. Well done! I hate it when the FMC forgives when no real remorse is present or a heartfelt apology is given.
The dragon element did feel a bit rushed as well as the mission to find out who was behind the main plot however, despite that, I still enjoyed the overall story. (The term "war" to describe the big battle was a little much, too but, again, I enjoyed the execution of it so I was able to overlook it.)
Looking forward to reading the last installment of the series. Bless them....I hope they can get their HEA.

Daria finally understands what she is. A rare hybrid of witch and...angel. Daniel is an angel who is out of favour with Him. Deciding that helping Daria will probably put him back in His good books, he comes back from the divine realm to earth with her.
Only trouble is his constant touch keeps her from shooting out her dark energy and killing people. Thats not something Logan can understand or appreciate with ease. It's better to not touch her boyfriend than kill him, but then Daria goes to Hell. Literally.

Angels, demons, dragons, a heroine (Daria) who is so much more than she appears, and lots of thrilling excitement in Krista Street’s Dragons in Fire: Paranormal Shifter Romance (Supernatural Community Book 3). I love a well written paranormal romance and this is definitely that. It benefits from a great plot, wonderful writing and a great cast that’s really well crafted (with special kudos for Daniel and Logan). Total fun that I totally recommend.

Good

Daria now knows what she is, and has to learn a whole lot more about controlling her powers. Fortunately, she has a new tutor for that!
In the meantime, the Supernatural Special Forces are trying hard to figure out what is causing some unusual attacks.

In this third book, Daria learns much about her heritage, and how to use her powers. She has to figure things out with Logan too...
A good book, enjoyable afternoon read. Recommended for fans of Urban Fantasy.

This piece of the series has lots of progression! Lots of things happen, tonnes of action and some spicy times too :)
I have been enjoying this series in this book more than the last, there was no miscommunication stupid secret keeping in this book. The only cringe thing I don't like is the authors use of the word tits haha, I just find that word kind of trashy for some reason lol but that's just me. Overall I think so far I like this one the best.

The addition of Daniel really made this book better. He is a fun character I liked to get to know. It was fun seeing them interact and sweet how he helps Daria learn her powers. Also fun to see him in action fighting in hell and the final battle. I liked seeing Daria’s friendship with Xanthia grow. While it was fun seeing jealous Logan and his unnecessary beef with Daniel the book does lack him in it. I feel like their relationship is kind of put on hold during this book.

I have submitted this review after listening to the audiobook of this title within the series set box. (Audible Membership)

This episode reveals more information about Daria's past family history. It also takes her to a portal to meet David, an angel wanting to get credits with the creator, and willing to train Daria on how to manage her dark and light powers together.
Through in a visit to hell and a battle involving demons riding dragons. It is an action-packed episode.

Love Logan and Dar

This is my favorite book of the series so far. Daria is becoming a much stronger and mature person than the previous books, which I appreciate, there were a few times I just wanted to slap her in the first two books. Everyone needs a Logan. Can't wait to read the last book in this series.

Another good installment!

Really enjoying this series. More action in this installment as Daria come in to her powers and understands how to use them with being half witch and half Angel. Theres a war looming and she plays a part in it. Her and Logan relationship move on but there is more obstacles to come . Cant wait for the next book. These are quick reads but enjoyable.

Not long enough!

This was really awesome! Detailed, interesting, and lost of drama, action, jealousy, and friendship. It was nice to read Dar come into her own and find herself. She also finally did the deed. Would have been better if she had that firm commitment from Logan first but oh well.

Daria finds the phycic lady, who sends her to a portal. There she meets an angel, Daniel who agrees to train her in angel powers. She and Daniel go with Xanthia to hell, to check on the dragons and to get some intell on the attacks. But the next day the demon possessed supernaturals attack with dragons.

Third book in the series and still totally enjoying this story. Honestly, I usually prefer stories that are more focused on the love story portion, with the rest of the story coming along for the ride, but this series moves quickly, so much so that it is a wildly enjoyable ride. Starting the fourth and final installment now.

A great continuation of the series

I enjoyed this story. Daria has learned that she is half Angel and has to learn to wield her power. Daniel, the full Angel, has agreed to train her. I loved reading about how Daria learns to master both her light and dark powers. I also liked that Daria became a force to reckon with.
