Ever since the twins were first introduced I loved them, same with Colin. So I knew this book was going to be a hit. However, I was a little skeptical on how the author would pull off the MMM dynamic. But apparently I had nothing to fear because in the end I thought it fell together nicely and I would be lying if I said it wasn’t hot. The twins are Fox and Dane, and while they may look the same they have completely different personalities. Fox is more protective and likes to face things head on while Dane is more affectionate and prefers to observe from a distance. I was honestly impressed with how the author managed to make them so similar yet completely different at the same time. Colin is full of sass and snark, he’s also friends with Jay and I love Jay. Plus he makes comics. What I wanted though was more scenes with him and his dad, they have such a sweet father and son dynamic going on that you don’t always get to see in books.
Overall, this was a great conclusion to the series. I mean, I still have book 5.5 “Cassian” to get through but I’m going to miss my vampires. This series as a whole I would have to give 4.5 ⭐️. Every book was different yet connected and every couple was different yet still followed along the same lines of the fated mates trope. Each story was entertaining in its own way and even though these may be low effort reads they are still stacked full of layers. During multiple scenes I would find myself forgetting that these are just crazy vampire books that ended up ensnaring me in a net I couldn’t break out of until I read each and every one.

I'm bummed that this is the series finale, but this book did not disappoint.
Colin was born to be a vampire. Sullen, withdrawn, and insecure as a human, Colin found his passion when his bestie Jay let him in on a secret: Vampires exist, and they drink your blood. Now that Jay has his Alexei, Colin has missed a vampire's bite.
When Colin moves back to Tucson to take care of his dad who had a stroke, he finds the Ginger Twins: Dane & Fox. He boldly marches in and takes over their house, their lives, their hearts.
This is not a twincest book, but I'm not disappointed. Dane, the sweeter, more affectionate one, and Fox, the wild, snarky one, have a strong mating bond, but it is purely platonic. They never thought they could be bonded to another mate, but Colin is their missing piece.
The twins stick to Colin like velcro. They follow him to the bathroom and insist on meeting his dad. Colin gets all grumpy, but he secretly likes it. He likes it a lot. As he reminds the twins, he wants to feel overwhelmed.
The plot related to a vamp turning children continues. There's a bit of a twist, and the twins, and other vamps, come to the rescue.
We don't see all the couples here, mostly Luc & Jamie and Jay & Alexei. Danny & Roman make an appearance toward the end.
The Vampire's Mate series is near and dear to my heart. I've given every book, including this one, 4 stars, but reader math says the series as a whole is 5 stars and more.

I’m sad about this series ending, but I’m glad we got Colin’s story before it was over. Colin has been a quiet but endearing, grumpy-as-hell side character for a bit, and he deserved to get his happy ending. Of which he got many.
I didn’t really care about the twins going in, but they were good characters too and the book was entertaining. Although, I must admit, Jay completely stole the show. He’s my favorite character from the series, so 90% of my highlights are about him, lol.
Knowing there was no expectation—that Colin could say no whenever, ask for exactly what he wanted when he wanted it—made it easier to want in the first place. He didn’t have to overthink it all. He could go with what felt right.
There was one loose thread that unfortunately didn’t get tied up by the end, which was a little frustrating, but it was good overall. There was an adorable drunk scene (those are my favorites), and plenty of hot threesomes.
I’m looking forward to seeing what Grae Bryan does next. I think I saw something about summoning demons, which can only be highly entertaining.
This book summed up. Colin wants to be snacked on, and finds two golden retriever idiots who are snackish.

Loved Colin, Dane and Fox. I've been waiting for the red-headed twins since they were first introduced and I was so, so happy with this outcome. Colin's grumpiness was adorable 😍 Also my favourite cover model for this series too!
Genuinely sad that this is the final book in the series, but I am excited that Demons are coming next. Grae Bryan is definitely one of my favourite PNR authors!

I didn't realise going into Colin that it'd be the series finale. The epilogue was really nice, getting to see the whole gang together. The author said her next series is going to follow Alexei's siblings, so I imagine the vamps might pop up here and there (hopefully).
This was another fun time. The romance between Colin and vampire twins, Fox and Dane, had a unique aspect as the twins are already platonically bonded. So it added a little bit of tension as to whether Colin could be their mate with a three way bond.
Like with the other books in this series, the plot had only a small role and mainly only came into play towards the end. It was mainly just a tool to progress the relationship .
Sad to see this series end, but excited to see what Grae Bryan has in store next.

I’ve really enjoyed this series and absolutely loved this last one. May even be my favorite in the series. Really liked the cameos from Jay, I really like him better doing cameos in other books than I did in his own book.
Sad the series is over, I really had a good time reading it. I’m not sure the spin off series will be my cup of tea which is a bummer, but who knows maybe I’ll give it a try

I was a bit wary as to how Colin's fated dynamic with the vampire twins would play out, but thankfully, it didn't quite veer off into awk-weird territory, making for some really smoking smexy heated times that set this girl's heart a-flutter, where their bite is most certainly more delicious than their bark. something that Colin really doesn't have much room to complain about. 🥰
And yeah, when you're as vampire-infatuated as you are, searching for someone or something to fill the unexplainable void, it's actually a good thing he's somehow found himself on the receiving end of two sexy as sin who are ridiculously obsessed with him and like giving him what he needs, nay 'we f**king love it', who wants to deny them that pleasure, when it tastes so good, amirite? 🤤❤️🔥
“I wanted it to be… overwhelming.”
Fox and Dane were very much Hitachiin twins-coded; I kept imagining them, sans the buff streak, the protective and seductive natures of them - spot on. 😆 They shared a special bond that not many understood, but it was entirely theirs. ❤️🩹 And adding Colin into the fray - who made their hearts melt and their inner beast soar - was a leap of faith fueled by possessiveness, delight, affection. 🫦 An intimate and intense desire that Colin's own need to fill the emptiness of his life and heart echoed their hunger for him.
I just wish the plot could be a little more than just the fated mates story. 😮💨 There was a slight glimmer where I felt that we would get to see vampire hunters strike back, but it fizzled before it even frazzled. 🫤 Like, I wanted to see some action and some thrills, but even what did happen felt comical at how also quite easily it was resolved, despite how dangerous the threat had been.

I suppose that's what you get when the plot is light-hearted and fast-paced, with the gothic vibes a lovely mix of strange, but cozy. 🤷🏻♀️ And considering it is the final book in the series, i probably deserve the tomatoes thrown at me, that if you haven't figured it out by now, then, that's on you. Although the twist was a convincing surprise so kudos to the author for that. 👍🏻
I liked Colin as a character; his prickliness, his grumpy reluctance to interact with others, heck even tho girls night was a fun time for boy talk, it was good for him to know that those from his past like Jamie and Jay still cared for him, even when he didn't feel deserving of their attention or affection. 🫂 It was sweet how earnest the twins were to please and soothe their little lamb - another nickname to add to the mix. 😏
So yeah, a comforting kind of ending of love, loyalty, and acceptance to a found family of vampires searching for their forever-mates and finding them in the hearts of those who stirred the beasts inside them aflame. 🧛🏻

i can’t believe this series is done. what will i do with my life now
i genuinely didn’t care about the twins or colin before this and i was slightly pissed because the twins don’t cross swords but damn this didn’t disappoint at all.
the only thing that could’ve made it better was if the vamps talked more. that’s just something i enjoy

An mmm vampire book that worked perfectly for me, despite it (technically) being mm+m.
Why, you ask, when I usually whine when there’s an imbalance in the relationship? Well, we had special circumstances here: we have Fox and Dane, the slightly unhinged ginger vampire twins, who obviously have a “platonic bond”. And then there’s Colin, the barista who works with Jay the little vampire (Aleksej’s mate, from book 4) and who knows about vampires (at least about some).
Colin considers himself asexual, and he misses having Jay feed from him, because feeding gave him some form of pleasure. So when he moved back to his home town to help his father, and learns about Fox and Dane living there, he more or less barrels into their lives, moving in with them, offering his blood up in return.
Ofc, the feeding turns out to be not just mildly arousing, but a sex fest- and there’s the mm+m I mentioned before: Fox and Dane don’t interact sexually with each other, even though they love each other deeply, but in bed, it’s all about Colin, “their little lamb”.
And now they live happily ever after 😬

It took a few seconds for the two of them to realize how everyone in the room was looking at them, Luc included.
Dane blanched. "𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵? No."
Fox shot them all a death glare. "Fucking 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘴. Jesus."
I have been waiting since Lucien for an explanation of how this hilariousness came about and was so excited when I saw that Colin, would be featuring my favorite twins. I was also a bit worried because MMM is not always my favorite as sometimes it feels like one is left out more than the other. Absolutely NOT the case with this book.
Dane and Fox were hilarious and absolute perfection. I truly enjoyed Colin and his reaction to vampires. Tell him not every boner needs to be dealt with and then they spoil the shit out of him.

I have been waiting since Lucien for an explanation of how this hilariousness came about and was so excited when I saw that Colin, would be featuring my favorite twins. I was also a bit worried because MMM is not always my favorite as sometimes it feels like one is left out more than the other. Absolutely NOT the case with this book.
Dane and Fox were hilarious and absolute perfection. I truly enjoyed Colin and his reaction to vampires. ETA: Listened to the audio book and I just loved it. Michael is a great narrator for this series, and this is definitely my favorite of the series.

We met Colin earlier in the series, and I was so interested in getting his story. He's gray-ace, and a bit obsessed with a vampire's bite. And I loved his take charge bravado and attitude and how he just totally owned the vampire twins right from the start.
And the twins! Fox and Dane are so so much more complex and amazing than I ever thought they'd be from what we saw of them in Lucien's book. I love them. I love their infatuation with Colin and their total golden retriever vibe, but still dark b/c y'know - vampires LOL.
I loved seeing so many characters show up in this, I continue to adore Jay, and I absolutely love love love this series. I'm so sad to see it ending. This was just as good as I was hoping it would be. For me, this is a 5 star series all the way through!
Colin ending up with Dane and Fox is just perfect, and their romance was a lot of fun to read. It was a pretty interesting take on fated mates, I think.
I think Grae Bryan does great character work. All her MCs throughout this series feel fresh and distinct. I can't wait for her mafia demon summoning series. Especially since it's set in the same world! I hope Jay and Alexei make appearances!

This is easily my favorite Grae Bryan book after Hot for Teacher. She tends to not go very deep with her MCs and I have found most of her books pretty forgettable, but I really wanted an MMM featuring twins and I figured it wouldn't hurt to give this a try. What's funny is, it's just as surface as the others (Hot for Teacher is too, honestly) but it just works for me.
I think the secret is that this includes so many of my favorite tropes that it would be hard for it to miss. I am forever obsessed with a black cat MC and a LI who is kind of into his meanness. Colin is a great black cat and Dane and Fox follow him around like little possessive obsessive puppies and that will never not hit for me. Add in some of that D/s dynamic (with a knockout degradation/praise combo) and really, it would be hard to fuck this up for me. So I didn't learn enough about any of their pasts? Pfft whatever, they called him a slut and talked about him like he wasn't there and then worshipped his body until he nearly passed out. I don't need a back story to enjoy that.
The sexual dynamic was very fucking hot. I loved that Dane and Fox in general had such distinct personalities, but I especially loved that during sex Fox was 100% domming everybody. I loved that Colin just wanted to be overwhelmed and Dane and Fox were absolutely up to the challenge. My horny ass's most ardent wish for a double anal penetration scene unfortunately went unanswered though, so just a heads up if you're the same kind of slut as me, don't hold your breath for that one. And, in case it wasn't clear, this is not twincest. They just share a strong platonic bond - and Colin.
I loved Colin's acceptance of Dane and Fox's bond, which had caused Dane (and therefore Fox) anxiety in the past. And I loved Dane and Fox's acceptance of Colin's grey sexuality, which had caused Colin anxiety in the past. They all just understood each other and fit perfectly.

Loved this one!! I loved how much Fox & Dane dote on Colin and how Colin gave Dane his spark back. This is golden retriever x2 vs black cat for sure & I really liked how accepting Colin was of Fox & Dane’s bond.
Also enjoyed seeing all the characters from the other books pop up as well, and am sad this is ending. Kinda sad ive already read the demon bound series & everything else by Grae 😅

The sex was also sooooooo good. We didn’t get any twincest sadly, but this didn’t disappoint. They just took turns using Colin, sometimes even back to back, and it was fab. Loved it. This author is doing a demon series next, so yay for that.

I really liked this series finale. The MMM aspect was quite well done and I’m now completely OBSESSED with fang-warming.
I just felt like something was missing in the plot with a bit of attention diverted from Colin and the twins to the vamp reunion. Don’t get me wrong I loved the cameos from past characters we all know and love, but I felt like the main story was a tad rushed.

Colin was literally the representation of ‘walk them like a dog.’ Oh my God, this was such a good book, and I am sooo sad this is the last oneeee. I love this dysfunctional vampire found family, and I am definitely going to miss them.
I honestly didn’t know what to expect going into this book, but now I have to admit it might be one of my favorites in the series. I mean, how could it not? It had a solid, well-paced plot, MMCs I loved (which at this point feels like a requirement for this series), and the added bonus of not one but two vampires. Yeah… I loved this book.
Colin as an MMC was everything I hoped for. His personality has always been a favorite of mine. You know, those characters who are prickly, defensive, and snarky on the outside but incredibly soft once they fall in love (even if they pretend they’re still annoyed). I loved seeing his snark just as much as seeing him melt, and when he managed to do both at the same time… yeah, I adore him. He’s definitely up there with Jay on my favorites list. I also loved that he finally got the overwhelming love he’d been craving, because honestly, there was no one better suited to give him that than these two ginger vampires.
I was intrigued by the twins from the moment we met them. The fact that they were mated to each other but also had a book gave me more curiosity than my brain could handle, and I think the author did an incredible job portraying the difference between their platonic bond and this new romantic bond with Colin. Fox and Dane’s loyalty, protectiveness, and love for each other were beautiful to see, and I loved the contrast in their personalities—Fox being the flirty, wild one, while Dane is softer and sweeter. Together, they were the perfect balance for Colin.
I’m basically obsessed with Colin, Dane, and Fox as fated mates, and I really loved that their bond was developed differently from the ones before. It was just as strong and beautiful, but it also had that added doubt of “could three vampires be fated mates to each other?” I mean, as a reader I knew the answer, but it was still interesting to see that plotline develop.

Another thing I kept wishing for was seeing the whole vampire found family together. I wanted more interactions between all of them and would have loved seeing them all, but I’m still happy with what we got, and the epilogue was really cute. And honestly, every interaction Colin had with Jay, Jamie, or both was just perfect.
So yeah, a really enjoyable book. I’m rating it 4.6 stars. I hate that I’m saying goodbye to this series. It was such a fun world to get into, and I’m definitely adding more of this author’s books to my TBR because I’m truly impressed. I petition for sexy twins for myself please and thanks. Fox being sarcastic and feisty and Dane being a big soft boy just 👌👌 And the twins' connection to each other 🥹 they love each other so fiercely. Once Colin entered their lives these two gave off big puppy energy. Literally following him around 😍 And the caretaking and sweet tender moments of just cuddles etc. Ughhhf Not to mention how protective the twins were of each other and Colin. Love to see it.
This was a great conclusion for the series. I loved seeing all the vampires come together in the end.

I was a bit nervous to read this book only because i normally am not into MMM nor the whole twin thing BUT this book turned into one of my favorite in the series. I adored Colin, Dane and Fox so much and thought they worked perfectly together. This was a great book to end this series with and i will be looking forward to more work from Grae in the future ( especially after the teaser we got )

Colin tuvo que regresar al calor de su pueblo en Tucson, por la enfermedad de su padre. Y ahora ahí se encuentra encerrado en casa con su padre, ayudando en todo lo que puede, pero sin salir de la casa. Así que su padre toma la decisión de "botarlo", pidiéndole que busque donde vivir, que se reúna con sus antiguos amigos y salga un poco mas. Así se consigue viviendo con los gemelos vampiros, quienes se sienten fuertemente atraídos hacía él. Colin de esta forma, tiene un lugar donde vivir, un par de vampiros con quienes saciar su curiosidad, y bastante tiempo libre para poder trabajar en sus "comics". Sin embargo, Colin se cree a salvo con los gemelos, porque ellos ya tienen su "pareja predestinada", pero podrían tener otra? Podría él ser su "pareja amorosa predestinada"?
Esta historia es un poco mas sencilla, vemos mucho de Jay (que es lo que hace divertida la historia), pero también conocemos un poco mas del pasado de Colin y Jamie. Además, nos enteramos de como funcionan otros aquelarres, y la razón por la que los gemelos se fueron.
En fin, el romance es bastante típico, el drama casi inexistente, y la "amenaza" parece que el autor la puso al final para darle un toque de tensión en la trama.
Fue una serie entretenida, divertida, unos libros mucho mas que otros, pero el grupo de vampiros con sus parejas se merecen aparecer en otras historias. Así que si, seguro leeré otras historias de este autor mas adelante.

It was very enjoyable. I really appreciate that Grae took the time to explore platonic bonds and recognize how devalued they are in comparison to romantic ones. Plus setting a triad where the romantic feelings never undermine the platonic ones. That's really refreshing!
