On Christmas Eve, spiteful and heartless rich landlord, Edwardo Scalise hands several of his tenants eviction notices as they are late on rent. Many of the tenants have no where to go and are in a state of despair. However that night Edwardo gets a visit from his late work partner and three ghosts and.. Well you know the rest of the story as this is an adaptation of a well loved Christmas classic. Ryan Hale does the source material proud which many adaptations fail at. The author brings his own unique writing style in a short and sweet read that will take you an hour to complete. I read this at the end of May which may be a bit late or too early depending on which way you look at it but the Christmas message of compassion and love still shone through as it’s something that is meant to be remembered all year round.
